This service is a complete joke
This service is a complete joke. Who knows how many emails I have lost over the months and I am trying to run a business but I can't because every other day my email is down and I have to wait for support to fix some bs new problem. I paid for the lifetime plan and really wish I could just get a refund and move on.

their service is less than useless. someday they will not let you use their so called unlimited email service and will tell you to make only 10-15 emails because it is their service and they can what ever they want.

I am very disappointed with the current state
As a current customer using Mailwish for email hosting for all my clients, here are my thoughts:
✅ Pros:
- Good Price: The service is affordable and fits well within my budget.
- Friendly Staff: The staff are always friendly and helpful, which is appreciated.
- Helpful Chat Function: The chat function has been very useful for getting quick help.
❌ Cons:
- Frequent Mail Server Downtime: The mail server goes down often, causing significant disruptions.
- Incorrect DNS Record Tutorial: The DNS record tutorial contains wrong information, making it impossible to verify my DNS records correctly.
- SMTP Issues: The SMTP service goes down frequently without any notice to customers.
- Access Issues: I often cannot access and log into the Mailbux website.
- Ineffective Customer Support Responses: Customer support always says, "The issue is expected to be resolved soon," but problems persist.
👉 Final Thoughts:
I am very disappointed with the current state of their services. I would like to buy a lifetime plan, but I can't trust them for the long term right now. If their servers become stable, I will reconsider and update this review accordingly. Thank you!

Not even a single day I have not experienced that the server is down. One of the cheap service I have ever seen, I would suggest please find a better email service provider otherwise I guaranteed you will repent for this service.

I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment with the abysmal service provided by MailWish. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced nothing but continuous issues and unfulfilled promises. It has been an exasperating experience, to say the least.
Firstly, the inability to receive incoming emails on our custom branded email has been a persistent problem that MailWish has completely failed to resolve. Despite numerous assurances from their support team that the issue would be fixed within a couple of days, it has been weeks without any resolution. Instead, we are told to use Mailbux.com, which is highly inconvenient and time-consuming as every user has to re-enter their names, redo all settings, and add signatures again. This workaround is not a solution, it’s a band-aid for a much larger problem that MailWish seems incapable of addressing.
The communication with MailWish’s support team has been nothing short of infuriating. Despite repeatedly providing all the necessary information and even sharing screenshots, the responses have been dismissive and unhelpful. They have repeatedly shifted the blame and failed to take responsibility for their service’s shortcomings. Each response from their operator, Srinivasa Rao P, has been vague, and the promises to escalate the issue to the tech team have resulted in no tangible progress.
Furthermore, the technical competence displayed by MailWish is highly questionable. Simple tasks like updating A records have led to accessibility issues, and the support team’s instructions have been contradictory and ineffective. For a company that claims to specialize in email services, their lack of reliability and expertise is alarming.
In summary, MailWish has proven to be an unreliable and third-rate email service provider. Their inability to resolve fundamental issues, coupled with poor customer support, has made our experience with them extremely frustrating. I deeply regret choosing their service and would strongly advise others to steer clear of MailWish. It’s a classic case of getting what you pay for, and in this instance, the cheap service has turned out to be more trouble than it’s worth.
Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a reliable email service provider. MailWish is simply not worth the frustration.

Disapointed - Can there be a Zero Star?
The first month was amazing. Everything was running smoothly. I liked their dealings and occasional support etc. Then came a day when I noticed that, I could send emails to everyone but within my own domain. I reported the issue and they offered some lame suggestions but could not fix the error in one week's time. Finally, I had to think outside the box and fix it within my limitations. Then came the dreaded second month, when they decided they to wanted to upgrade their server. Well, they own the server and they can decide to whatever they wish to do. But this affected my email service. I could not send any outgoing emails even within the organization. I was curious and asked for support and they said, there was some abnormal transport in my outgoing emails. So they suspended my outgoing emails and did not felt important to share the issue with me. These accounts are all newly created and we are against spam. So there was no way, any spam was sent from any of my email accounts. I kept asking for email logs and proof that anything of that nature had happened. Even upon repeated emails, and support requests, they could not send any logs. Now after me unable to send emails for almost a week, they are saying my technician consultation is fixed for a future time. They clearly don't know what they are doing. They don't have in house technician. They have no respect for the fact that I'm unable to use their services, even after paying for those services. Emails are a business crucial service and they are denying me the service, I've signed up with them.

Slow and Terrible Service
Registered for email service however as having issue with blacklist from ip adresss for some reason.
Manage to resolved most of it, but realised its because its a class c where my provider has an issue.
Thus suspended the mail sevice.
Registered a domain but for more than 7 days still pending support claims its because of blacklist issue. Which is unrelated.
Up till now still flagged for review, but not resolved.
Waste of money.

Affordable and Simple SMTP/POP3 Service
For me I just need a simple SMTP for sending automated emails, and POP3 for receiving responses. MailWish gave this offer to me very very cheaply, although my traffic is not that high volume it is still great and cheap compare to other providers when calculated for the same offer.
Well customer service is awful
Well customer service is awful. I essentially was chat down to by the rep. I became a client today! Instead of being having compassion and understanding I was talked down to. I am not computer savvy like most folks but the response I got was terrible. I simply was confused about there platform. Its hard to maneuver for me and get the answers I need. Not getting anywhere with it. Very disappointed

I picked up a lifetime business email…
I picked up a lifetime business email package (I run a small biz out of my house) and I've been happy enough that I transferred my domain over and got one of their hosting packages.
I needed help three times for some things I didn't understand. The tickets were answered professionally and quickly, and my questions were answered correctly.
The only concern I have is sustainability. I hope that they can make their business model work - I'd like to be a customer for a while!

Worthy Email Plans for Online Businesses
Great experience and loved it in terms of security and deliverability.
Was easy to setup, and use. Lastly, very worthwhile.
1 star removed it as I think UI can be better, and also slightly slow in receiving and sending.

So Far, So Good
So far, so good! I've set up five SMTP email accounts in Outlook. All are working flawlessly. I purchased the lifetime service so hopefully it is my lifetime! I am still trying to figure out how to set these up in Google Mail (Gmail) with SMTP. Google doesn't seem to allow external accounts with SMTP only POP. We shall see. As far as MailWish service, no issues thus far. If it remains lifetime, this will be the most valuable service out there!

I've been switching to Mailwish from Google Worskpace for some of my domains and businesses and I can only say "WOW" - This has been a game changer for me as the cost savings are incredible if you have more emails.
The platform has a nice, clean UX, and works really smoothly. Two thumbs up! I would recommend it to anyone who needs more than a few emails.
