Is this a genuine company? Placed an order at 10am yesterday 4 hours before cut off paid extra for next day delivery so would be delivered today on my day off order still being picked tried to send an email failed capture but there was no capture to tick that I'm not a robot phoned customer service (use the term loosely) at 9.05 and 9.15 messsge does not even say which company you have called and says they are closed and open at 9am which they clearly dont spoke to an american eventually at 9.25am who again did not say who I had phoned i asked him about my order just kept saying next day delivery is from date of despatch it DOES NOT say this when you place the order he could not tell me when would be sent did offer to cancel order several time he never asked my name or order number when I told him this he hung up on me ! Do not recommend a company who would rather cancel an order than assist a customer
