My husband placed our order and mid-order, the site locked up. He logged back on and placed our order. Within an hour, I noticed a mistake on the confirmation. I immediately sent them an email. When I didn't hear back from them, I called on Monday and left a voicemail. As it turned out, they are closed on Friday, so they didn't get my email until Monday. The order arrived very fast and WAS PERFECT with the correct spelling! To me, THAT IS SERVICE!!!

I ordered to customize a baby blue plush blanket with my babies name and it was definitely not what I expected, it's unreadable and sloppy, maybe it was a font I chose or because it was a plush blanket, even so they shouldn't have that option if they know it will not come out neat
