I ordered personalized underpants for my granddaughter. My order arrived in the time I was told. When I open the package, I was pleasantly surprised with the presentation. It was wrapped so beautifully! The underpants were just what I expected. My expectations were exceeded!!

I know that my (soon to be) Granddaughter is going to love her new Lovie !! It is adorable

I ordered some gifts from Makaboo for a work colleague who just had twin girls. I loved all the beautiful things they have and even better the fact that some can be personalized.
I had an issue with the delivery (nothing to do with Makaboo or the courier they used) and Megan was really helpful.

I found the website easy to navigate and enjoyed the variety of products. Since I ordered a monogrammed item I loved being able to preview the results before making my choice. The only disappointment I encountered was the carefully thought out packaging really prevented me from seeing the product before I gave it as a gift. I didn't want to remove the lovie from the bag to check the monogram as I was afraid I wouldn't get it back to the same folded shape with the bow tied just right. I shipped this gift off so I'm hoping it's correct.

I ordered the giraffe lovey with monogram . Paid 7.00 for standard shipping, when I got the item I was very disappointed. For 30.00 the material was very thin and cheap . I could find a much better , thicker material for half the price . Will never order from this company again.

My son has taken his puppy lovie out of the house, and we have no idea where he left it. We called everywhere we had been, and no one had seen it. Weeks passed and he kept asking where his puppy was, so we decided to order a new one! It came in the mail yesterday evening, and he was so excited to see his puppy! I love how soft and personalized Makaboo makes in regards to the Lovies.
