I ordered the mouse lovie for my grand niece. Mom and baby love it! In fact, mom said it smelled delicious.... Not scented, just really good. It also arrived a day early!!

I ordered and paid for 2 monogrammed pink lamb "Angel Dear Lovies", and had them mailed directly to a new mom. The thank you note she wrote thanked me for one lovie. In other words, only half my order was sent, yet I was billed for the entire order.
After contacting the company, the rest of my order was shipped successfully.

Wanted to love this company but unfortunately too many mistakes and poor customer service won't allow that sentiment. We ordered two identical blankets to give as a gift, and expected delivery was 7-10 days after placing the order. However, after not receiving any emails confirming shipping or tracking info for a week, I called on the 8th day to confirm the status of the order. There was no answer and I had to leave a message for customer service. The following day, my phone call was never returned, however, I suddenly received an email stating that the order had finally shipped. The order was received 7 days later, making the receipt date a total of 14 days after placing the order. Then, upon opening the box, there was only ONE of the blankets ordered. I again called customer service and left additional messages as well as sent an email to the owner, to see if there was a second package on the way with the additional blanket we had ordered. Again, there were no answers and no return phone calls or emails. I called AGAIN this morning and was told by the customer service rep that things there were "very hectic" and she just got my message. She confirmed that it was their mistake and someone forgot to look at the quantity of the order and only made one blanket. She then said she'd have another blanket made and shipped today. This is curious to me since it takes 7-10 days normally to fulfill the order and have the item made, but anyway... She refuses to give us a refund for the product and would only offer $20 off the next order, which of course, is not helpful since we will never be ordering anything from here again. She did admit fault was on their end and these mistakes happen, but that there was nothing they could do. Meanwhile, we needed to give this gift days ago, and now are stuck without a gift and waiting....

I ordered an Angel Dear blanket that was personalized for a very dear friend who just had a new baby. My friend is raving about the gift and loves! I love that I was able to make the gift special by personalizing it. Thank you for your excellent service and wonderful products!

They notified me once the item was shipped. They followed up on a question I had by email right away. Very professional company and gift was nicely packaged.

Our organization uses Makaboo to provide us with a very nice embroidered baby blanket as a gift to our employees when they have a baby. The quality is excellent. They are very responsive. And the best part of their service is that they communicate with you. If something happens out of the ordinary they tell you right away. We used another company prior to finding Makaboo and the service left a lot to be desired. We always get a response from Makaboo whether it's an email or phone call.

This bag is perfect for small toys, books and even as a diaper bag because of the lining. There is a thick plastic lining that would make a small spill easy to wipe up without damaging the bag. Embroidery is nice and not just a glue on. Its actually sewn through the handle and is very good quality. The graphics, whichever you choose, are adorable. I bought three different ones, all for different friends who had babies, and I loved them all. They are just the right size to display in a nursery or for a quick on the go day trip. Throw in a couple diapers, wipes, bottles and a snack and you're good to go. Reasonably priced for the quality too. Would highly recommend!!! First time buyer that would come back if there's any more babies to come in our group!

Great website, love the products! The only negative is that I never receive email order confirmations and I have placed three orders. Would like to receive email confirmations/shipping info via email.

I ordered a personalized baby blanket and it's adorable, came fast, and is super soft!! The only thing I'd like to have seen (and I'm assuming they can't because they don't actually see the blankets) would be to not embroider the name entirely through the blanket (it's 2 layers)', so the name isn't backwards on the back. But I love it and so did the mom I gave it to!

I got my god child his own knitted rob for the bath and when it came in the mail it looked absolutely adorable and his mother was so happy to see how cute he looked in it.

It was my first time order from Makaboo. I was disappointed as it took almost a week before the item was shipped out of their warehouse in SL and then transported by UPS to Davis CA. Much too long in my opinion.I have not received a comment about the article yet.
