The 5-7 days promised for shipping does not, for some obtuse reason, include weekends. Because I did not understand that, my monogramed gift is sitting outside in the MN snow while the family vacations in Hawaii.

I ordered my niece a backpack for her first birthday with her name embroidered on it. She takes it with her everywhere she goes. Super cute with great colors. Makaboo shipped it right away and packaged it beautifully.

After my son got a gift from Makaboo as a newborn, I have bought several new baby gifts and they have always been well received. When one friend had an issue with putting said gift in the washing machine (the same one I got and never had an issue with), I mentioned it to Makaboo customer service and they immediately sent an engraved replacement for free. It was so nice to work with such a great company - there were no questions asked - a replacement was immediately sent. This is how I hope all the companies I buy from online will respond, but we know it's not always the case!
