MWF installed my windows and doors in 2021, I am delighted with my purchase and the customer service I received from ordering to installation was absolutely amazing.

With regards to customer service, MWF are excellent and really do go above and beyond in assisting their customers. Over the recent bank holiday, I had to call MWF for help and advice, and I have to say they were fantastic and very responsive even though the office was closed. They responded within 30 minutes and attended my property where they were able to resolve my issue. I have to say it is the best customer service I have ever received.

From the initial meeting through to installation of our windows and doors MWF were brilliant. They explained everything in detail and provided us with a range of options and styles. A visit to their shop in Altrincham to finalise our requirements was extremely helpful and informative. The installation team (Chris, Aaron and Dylan) were fantastic. Very professional, organised, and neat and tidy. And all to plan and schedule.

Beautiful very well made windows, very in keeping with my Victorian cottage.
The fitters were very clean and tidy and cleared any mess.

MWF made the process of replacing 2 bay windows and another large window very easy. No hard sell, very helpful, informative staff, quick turnaround time. Windows were installed with minimum disruption, on date given. One glazed panel had a slight crack but was reordered immediately and replaced quickly. Would highly recommend MWF.

Beautiful sliding sash windows. Excellent customer service and communication, from initial email enquiry through to a visit to the showroom, and then the windows being fitted. The team kept me up-to-date over the phone with how my order was progressing and gave me plenty of notice on the installation date. The whole process of ordering the windows and them being fitted was smooth and easy. I am very happy and the windows look great.

This is the third time we’ve used MWF. With excellent service before we didn’t look anywhere else this time, and went straight to them. The price is very competitive, no hard sell, just a quote that doesn’t chance. Very honest friendly staff. The fitters are polite, arrive when stated, and clear up absolutely everything! There is minimal mess, or disruption to the room being worked on. Communication between emails is good. Can’t praise the company enough!

Great company to deal with, always kept me informed throughout the process. The door itself looks fabulous, from the inside it compliments my new kitchen and from the outside the colour is bang-on trend and looks very secure. I am very happy with it! :O]

Really happy with the windows. We had a small issue with one and it was immediately rectified. I’d definitely recommend.

I have used MWF on two properties now, most recently a large project consisting of 13 windows, 2 sets of bifold doors, French doors a sliding door and a wooden front door. They have completely transformed our house and the service from Alex, Danny and Ash has always been fantastic from start to finish. The fitting team are a dream and always start and finish on time. I have recommended MWF to two friends that have used them and they were very pleased with the results and service.

We recently had a number of windows and a crittall style door fitted by MWF. The service from start to finish has been superb, from our initial visit by Danny to the brilliant work carried out by the fitting team and Ash and Alex at the office. Mick and Jack were brilliant throughout and also when it come to sorting any final snags. Would highly recommend.

Really pleased with the finished product - we had several new sliding sash windows installed to replaced some very old single glazing and the difference is night and day. They look great and have made a huge difference to heat retention and noise exclusion in the house. Guys who did the install were prompt, polite and tidy and did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

Nice and easy to deal with, helpful service and good quality windows and installation. Very pleased.

Visited the shop and agreed what was required. Then spent months waiting as there was a delay due to a part. Had windows done with numerous issues whereby agreed appointments saw no shows, we agreed for a 3rd party to fix damp below a window who corrected and correctly installed the window. Despite MFW's agreeing to pay for the work, we have been chasing them for weeks to pay us the invoice. Over-promise and under deliver.

All round great service from MWF - it’s only been a few days since my windows were put in but everything from obtaining a quote to installation was professionally and perfectly managed. They managed to slot me in 6 weeks earlier than originally quoted which was great. Well managed from obtaining the quote to installation- the fitters were clean and tidy. No problems and would highly recommend.
