We had a full set of windows and doors from Manchester window factory. We were happy with the look and the design of the windows and we were happy with the workmanship generally. The fitting went smoothly and the fitters were professional and tidy. We particularly liked the way in which they rebuilt our bay at the front of the house which was a large job. When we had a problem with our front door, MWF quickly sorted out the locks so there was no inconvenience.

We encountered a couple of problems with the glass in the front door, which was eventually sorted out to our satisfaction and we were happy with the end result of the new glass.

Overall Manchester window factory did an excellent job. They were friendly and understanding at all times. Our only concern was the length of time it took to complete the work and that was the one drawback-but we got there in the end!

MWF fitted triple track patio doors that look great. We were warned that some decorating might be necessary but none needed.
Salesman very knowledgeable and helpful.
All fitters polite and left job tidy. And arrived when promised.
Fitting of doors didn’t go smoothly due to circumstances beyond MWF’s control. Glass supplier sent wrong glazing and locking mechanism broke. Both Alex, MD and Ash, office manager visited to apologise in person. Both made regular telephone calls to advise how and when the problems would be resolved.
You learn more about a company when they encounter problems with a job.
I highly recommend MWF and I wouldn’t hesitate to ask them to replace any other doors and windows if needed.

MWF offer quality products coupled with an excellent installation service. The process from the initial estimate through to survey and installation was faultless. Chris and Dylan paid great attention to detail and were such good fun. We are delighted and would highly recommend MWF to anyone needing replacement windows.

Great communication, clear and helped solve other building issues I had. Other companies didn't come near their above and beyond approach. Fitting was excellent , 3 lads very efficient and respectful would highly recommend their service, a competitive price also. Thank you guys

Have very little negative to say about these guys. From contacting them they were mostly prompt, only missed measuring and snagging appt but that’s forgivable when they turned up at exactly 8:01 on the start date. Super professional team, none of the usual loud crass banter and swearing you get with workmen usually. Very polite both days. One part of the quote was missed out on install but only took a week to rectify. On a full house of windows I expected there to be more issues. Nope! Even where plaster work was damaged on removing the old(as to be expected) it was replaced with plaster. Only wish I had more windows for them to replace as they were such a dream from start to finish!

Great experience from start to finish. MWF worked with us through all stages of our extension to ensure our new patio doors were measured and installed at the right time. The finished doors look amazing and the flush finish really makes a difference. They even worked with us to refit an existing window and door, so couldn’t ask for more. Can’t wait to get our build finished and start to get the most of the new patio doors!

Second time we have used this company to replace windows on our Victorian property. They are very sensitive to the period style and look of the original windows...and both the hardwood and UPVC sash-window replacements we have had fitted have been excellent in keeping the original 'look' of the house. Which was very important to us..and should be important to anyone with a period property. The fitters and sales team were knowledgeable and obviously very experienced. Very happy with both the experience of ordering and the work they have carried out for us. Great work at a fair price. Would absolutely recommend...and have done.

Used this company in the past and they have always been great. I called in recently to ask if they would look at a dodgy lock on an older door that they hadn’t installed. They sent someone round next working day and it was fixed in 5 minutes. Fantastic service.

They were polite and prompt at all times. Keeping me abreast of the installation date and slight tweek needed for the design.
Brian and Mike were very friendly and left nearly no mess despite the old windows and the dirt that comes with 120 year old windows.
Most importantly the windows themselves look great. Almost identical to the old sash ones.
Highly recommended.

I would recommend the Manchester Window Factory over and over again - their customer service is excellent, the team that fitted the windows were great (arriving when they said they would and leaving everything tidy at the end of the day) and they've done a fab job. We've already had positive comments from neighbours. Highly recommended!
