I ordered my son's birthday gift weeks…

I ordered my son's birthday gift weeks ahead, for a Wed. delivery at his work (Government building) which was clearly stated on the label. For some reason this one order was shipped in TWO different deliveries; which normally wouldn't be an issue. Except not only was 1 item days beyond (Friday we received a text saying "weather bad" so now Saturday schedule delivery) but driver could not seem to grasp posted hours. And other is still "not expected"??
#1. BAD WEATHER?! IT WAS ON THE TRUCK STATUS CLAIMED FOR DAYS AND IT WAS SUNNY AND ALMOST 50 DEGREES! #2.Shipping somehow was listed as residential not business so Fed Ex driver kept trying to deliver after business hours, which are clearly posted on the Government building. #3.Business offices are closed on weekends (clearly stated on building) so why would that be the next attempted delivery BE SATURDAY?! Wed, no gift, Thursday, no gift, Friday, no gift, Still do not know where 2nd half of order is, days later?! Finally asked to simply cancel order. Very disappointed. Quality of items has always been high, but if they can not get items to receiver, what good is a missing, high quality gift?? I know you can't control items after they leave your facility, but you can control whom you chose to have deliver them once problems become known. Bottom line, no gift, no joy, no birthday surprise.

The quality of the products I ordered…

The quality of the products I ordered for my husband for Valentine’s Day is 10/10! He truly enjoys the meat selection (which is really saying something because he is picker than my 4 year old). My biggest complaint is one that seems to be everyone’s complaint, and that is the shipping. I ordered my husbands order on February 10 and paid more than I ever have on shipping to guarantee it would be here before Valentine’s Day. Coming here and reading the reviews actually made me feel better about it, because this company is handling something they can’t really control (weather delays) in a pretty decent way. So while I was disappointed the package didn’t arrive on time, it didn’t matter in the greater scheme of things. Overall we are pretty satisfied with the quality and quantity from this company.

I have always struggled trying to come…

I have always struggled trying to come up with a gift idea for my husband who has just about everything I searched gift ideas for guys and came across Man crates and got him one for valentine's and He absolutely loved it.what man doesn't love jerky. What I loved the most is the crate itself only thing is I wished it wasn't glued difficult to open with the cute crow bar because it splintered once opened...and wants to keep the crate. presentation was everything.. would I purchase again with this company. Yes!!! He loved it variety of jerky. He usually guesses a gift but this one was finally a complete surprise.

I order a B-day present/Valentine…

I order a B-day present/Valentine present and was told that it would be delivered on Friday 2/12/21. Get an update from FEDEX that states the delivery would be 2/13/21 then on Saturday I get an email that stated it would be sent on Sunday 2/14/21..The problem I have is 1-the order didn't even get sent out until Thursday and I ordered it on Tuesday and this company should never us FEDEX again because I had to call FEDEX to hold the package because the address it was getting sent to we were not going to be there. Well wouldn't you know on Sunday 2/14/21 the package got delivered when it was to be on hold. I am glad my neighbor was home to keep at there house but a birthday and v-day present has to wait now because of not sending out in a timely fashion and FEDEX.

Valentine gift never delivered such poor service!

Such a horrible experience with this company. I ordered my husband’s Valentines surprise a full 10 days in advance and scheduled the delivery date in advance. It was actually a later date then was offered when I purchased. Valentines Day comes and goes and NOTHING! No email, no notification at all that my present would not arrive on time! When I called the following Monday I was actually asked, “What do you want us to do about it now?” Horrible service, poor results all around. I would not recommend this company at all!

Disappointment

Second time ordering from here, and I was very disappointed this time around. I put my order in weeks ahead of my scheduled delivery date, and it arrived two days after. After contacting customer service, I was refunded the shipping charges only. That's great but I was without a gift because it came 2 days late. Way to make a girl look stupid! Won't be ordering from here again.

This experience has been anything but…

This experience has been anything but good. I ordered a DIY knife kit for my boyfriend for his birthday and it had a defective piece that made it very difficult to fix on our own so we did a return. After not hearing back from customer service via email for several days I reached out again and got my return squared away. I then went ahead against my best judgment and ordered another knife kit as my boyfriend still really wanted one..after applying a discount, my bank account was then DOUBLE CHARGED to which Mancrates couldn't fix. I had to wait several days and be in constant contact with my bank and customer service until it was resolved. Now after receiving the new kit, it has TWO defective pieces!! I'm completely irate with this company. Not only is their customer service good at best, but their products are clearly junk. What started out as an exciting birthday gift turned into a gift from hell.

So Flavorful and So Fun!

This was such a fun n and intentional valentines gift for my husband. He likes beef jerky.....a lot. I like that I got to pick my deliver date (but order in advance enough) and I even contacted them to make sure it would arrive in time. The customer service was responsive and helpful. Now for the good part..... yes, the little bite site jerks are really good and they’re individually wrapped so they’ll stay fresh.

Delicious jerky & love chow

I ordered the exotic meats toolbox and the love chow both toolbox were cute and full to the lid. CANT STOP EATING THE LOVE CHOW AND the exotic jerky meat selections so delicious and juicy 😋 can't wait to try more products. They even included a cute post card says you are great! My boyfriend had an extra delicious valentines day!

Best gift ever for a hard to shop for man

BEST GIFT EVER! My boyfriend is a Marine and very hard to shop for, then I found Man Crates. The Brewski Crate was perfect! He said it was the best gift he’s ever gotten! When he opened the cardboard box and all that he sees in a pry bar and a crate, there were question marks in his eyes. All I could do was laugh! Watching him try to pry open his gift was priceless to me! The personalized glasses with his family name and the “Live free, die hard” motto fits this Marine perfectly!! Thank you Man Crates for the best gift for my guy! I’ll DEFINITELY be ordering again!!

Havent received my package

My package hasnt arrived it was sent out monday feb 8th i was to receive it friday the 13th... im very upset know it says schedule date pending not sure what that means all week it said i would receive it feb 13th in tomorrow is valentines day in i have nothing to give my husband. I was super excited about it i bought the exotic man crate in i told my friends in family they should check you guys out because i thought this was an amazing idea . In i hope if they did order they received theirs so i dont look bad.. in monday is Presidents day so i wont get it then. I have no idea when the package will arrive know because their is no date on the fed ex tracker. I was so excited to see him open it.. I normally use amazon in never have had a issue receiving packages.

Im changing me review they contacted me in let me know their sending another box since the other seemed to get lost in transit some how fedex lost it or something but they made it right i cant wait to receive the other package in if it shows in my husband likes the jerky ill be giving 5 stars they make aure to make things right in i appreciate it i will be ordering from them more often if everything turns out ill update this soon....

This was a hit for my husband of 25…

This was a hit for my husband of 25 years. He buys what he wants and is a difficult person to surprise and buy gifts for. He loved it and loved the varieties of Jerky that was available in the heart box and was thankful for the outer box being a normal box as well. The pure uniqueness of the gift and being able to surprise my husband was well worth the cost. Plus good quality beef. Thank you for coming up with such unique and great ideas. Things they will actually get use of out.

THANK YOU for a great Valentine’s experience! :)

I’m rarely on social media and never write reviews, but the negative reviews made me sad so just wanted to say how happy my manpanion and I were with the Valentine’s jerky heart! Such a cool, creative idea!

After spending days trying to find something decent that could be delivered to him while he’s in the middle of nowhere NV for an event, I stumbled upon Man Crates. Lo and behold, after putting in the delivery zip code, it said delivery before Valentine’s Day (unlike other places). Took a gamble, ordered, and 1.5 days later it magically appeared at his hotel! He was thrilled with the jerky, and the card sayings were hilarious!

Yes, the pieces are small but apparently it’s quality jerky and the innovative flavors were a delight (as a vegan who wasn’t there, I can’t attest to that). I’m sure you can always get a bigger quantity of jerky at Walmart, but we will be back to support this great company. Thank you, Man Crates (and FedEx) for a Valentine’s miracle! :)

I had a poor 1st experience

I had a poor 1st experience. I had thought the heart shaped beef jerky and the salami bouquet would be a good Valentines day gift for my boyfriend this year so I placed my order on 02/09/21. Tracking number was emailed once order was out for delivery on 02/11/21. I was tracking my order and noticed it was delivered on 02/12/21 but to the wrong address! There was a picture of the wrong house and everything. So I called the #866.902.7260 to get a replacement order shipped out ASAP but the best they could do was resend the order on 02/17/21. I just requested a refund, I was so upset. I was excited to present this gift to my BF and was even bragging to him about how much I thought he was going to like it. Now, when it’s time to exchange gifts I won’t have anything to give him but this story. What a disappointment. :(

Whiskey Appreciation crate, awesome gift!

My husband and I just gifted our son-in-law with the Whiskey Appreciation crate. He loved it and was so in awe at being presented a crate with crowbar to open. Great gift!

The crate arrived within two days after being ordered and all glass pieces were intact. Great service, fun gifts to give.

The pieces are sooo small its ridiculous for what I paid. You may want to lower your price or put more in. I will not buy again.

I gave my husband this gift on valentines. I chose the pizza kit. When my husband opened it the flour is busted and everything was covered in flour. This is useless. Not worth of paying $99.00. I will never buy again. I'll let other's know too

What a joke!

What a joke! $55 for not even a sample size of jerky. Not sure how this place is still in business. I was embarrassed to give this to my husband who immediately told me get our money back. Don’t purchase this item. It is definitely not what they claim!

Arrived broken, never received what I paid for.

I purchased the sweets on the grill crate for my husband for Christmas. All of the bottles were broken when he opened it. Smashed. It was the worst Christmas gift to open. Everything within the box was ruined. I contacted right away and it took them a month and 3 emails before I finally received what they called a replacement box. The replacement box was just the jars. Not the recipe cards or the skewers. A month late and still not even what I paid for. I will never order from here again.
