Autotrader state Manheim Ltd will call soon, after 7 days I called them and arranged an appointment. On the appointment day, confirmed the call would take place, Manheim told me it would. I washed the car and waited for what was described as a video call, no one called. Seems very poor communication.

I do not normally leave reviews, but this my experience of dealing with Manheim. I have sold two vehicles and have found them to be punctual, professional, and extremely courteous when dealing with me. Paul inspected/appraised my vehicle yesterday and more than matched the experience when I sold them the first vehicle. There was none of the usual bluster/smoke screen tactics deployed in the used car industry. The trick is to do your own research on prices and appraise the vehicle honestly noting down all the defects you know about (all cars have them). In both my cases the appraisers pointed out I may have been overly pessimistic and reflected this in the price offered. Obviously, you are not going to get private sale prices, but given the minefield of selling privately, I was more than happy with service Manheim/Paul provided!

Bought a car online, spoke to a lady called Lyndsey at Birmingham and she was very helpful and polite and even called me back when she said she would.
Sorted my issue out and was vey impressed with her response.

Sold my vehicle today to Manheim.Maria Askey the assessor was very professional but still remained a real person and a delight to deal with and everyone was happy.
