My lease company, Novuna, used Manheim as a third party agent to assess and collect my car. They were rude, uncommunicative and presented me with a bill for damage that they considered outside of fair wear and tear that was around 3 times the real cost of repair.

I am so sorry to hear about your vehicle return experience, I can appreciate how this made you feel. Are you able to email our Customer Care Team sharing your vehicle registration number? (UKCA.Customercare@coxautoinc.com) We can investigate this matter on your behalf and get your inspection report reviewed. Our Inspection Team are not incentivised to record damage. The inspection process requires the Operative to list all areas of concern, then the software calculates what falls outside of standard, and the cost. If we have made an error, then we will look to rectify. I would also note, we expect our Team Members to be polite and courteous. Please get in touch soon, so we can sort this matter for you.

Fraudulent selling of cars with major faults and not visible to buyers. They say they’re Surechecked but I don’t think they even bother. Try and claim and they come up with endless excuses why you’re not covered and customer services is also a waste of time. Avoid Bristol branch unless you have deep pockets to sort out expensive repairs. It’s appalling operation of a business….

I am trying to buy cars naively I thought Manheim were in that business. I still haven't got past the account opening process after providing trade insurance, utility bill (on 3rd document now) ID paid £70 provided DNA . They've turned down my utility bill 3 times despite meeting the criteria . I have rang 3 times , They say it'll take 2-3 days , ring back 3 days later and they say it'll take upto 5 days. Joke of a company

Sold my car today to manheim
Sold my car today to manheim . Paul came to check it over , he was very helpful, a really nice guy very professional.
My car is emaculate so thought it would be easy . Everything just got to be perfect otherwise price goes down. He took the keys, and the money was in my account within minutes. He said a low loader would come and collect it. You don't have to stay in they just take it . All round a good experience. If you haven't got the time to sell you car privately.
