The lowest rating should be ZERO star. I received a dress that has NOTHING to do with what I’ve ordered. Ugly and cheap, a different cut, different color, different material! And no one ever answered my emails. SCAM. Never order there!

I absolutely can’t fault this company! Great service from start to finish, super quick dispatch of order and great communication. I emailed them with a personal request and they went above and beyond to assist! 5 ⭐️ from me

I ordered a sweater 13 days ago. Tracking info does not work, just says error also multiple emails not answered. Maybe I’m out my money. They cashed in right away. Does anyone research these problems? Is it really a company? I expect that some law enforcement would contact me

This company is a scam. I ordered a dress and they sent me the wrong dress. The dress is extremely made of a very very cheap material. I try contacted them and have not received a response. It should not receive any stars. I got cheated out of my money through these so called scam companies.

I waited three months for my order and wrote to them multiple times. They apparently lost my order but had my credit card payment. The suit that came was not even what I ordered! It was also so small I absolutely couldn’t even put it on. To get them to reply about the size was impossible. I will never order from Mania Rose again.

Wrong size dress was sent. They will not respond to emails. I’ve sent 4 emails and submitted 3 contact requests requesting a return address- no response. When I try calling international the phone rings then disconnect. Do not do business with Mania Rose.

I ordered a dress from mania Rose that came in too large. I’ve reached out to them three times to inquire about initiating a return and no response. I would not do business with the company that doesn’t respond to your request. Buyer beware.

I would give it 0 stars if it'd allowed me to write. I found this site off Pinterest and just like you, I thought "hey cute clothes".

I shopped, everything went well. And I made my purchase. 2 weeks gone by with 0 communication. I reached out and asked what's the expected delivery. 1. RED FLAG: it took them over a week to respond (close to 2). They reply back my shipping address is incomplete. I reply back with my correct address & that if there's anything further I can provide to move this along lmk. I purchased Aug 8.. Reached out the 18th.

2. RED FLAG: Didn't receive and email after giving the my address. I reached out a week & half later 8/25. Is everything ok? Haven't heard back - no reply. I asked is there a tracking number. 8/30 they email me we'll check and get back to you.

3. RED FLAG: They still haven't acknowledged my address or communicated clearly on the next steps. 8/31 So I told them I'm flagging them as a scam company & I'm reporting them to my bank. As Soon as I said that, I get a notification my items have been processed to ship on 9/1. I emailed 9/2 - no need to ship this & they replied PROMPTLY We're sorry once dispatched it's too late. It'll arrive 5-10 buisness days & in rare cases 25 days.

4. RED FLAG: 9/23 i get an alert delivery failed due to incorrect address. My head was about to explode. 1. I gave them my correct address & asked if I'm missing anything lmk 2. I updated it on the website. I've emailed right away to catch it it - no response. 6 emails later, about every other day to resolve this before it goes back - no response.

It's now 10/4: lack of communication, no clear expectations, and a busted website w/ FAKE reviews, will lead you in a turmoil of frustration. I wanted to trust this site, but it's showed nothing but incompetency.
