MayPixels is very solid and reliable. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. The designs are awesome for the price you pay - truly a great value.

When they first launched they became too popular too fast and had to work out some kinks, but I've seen their quality and speed improve remarkably over time.

As comes with the territory on these services, sometimes you'll get designs that aren't up to expectations, and sometimes you'll get designs that are way better than you thought would be possible. They're always willing to work and revise until you're happy.

I've been a subscriber for close to a year now, and will be sticking with them as long as they continue to do great work!

I looked into a lot (all?) of the unlimited graphic design services when considering a partner. ManyPixels had the best examples on their site compared to any of the other services, so we gave them a try. Looking back, we're super happy with our decision.

Pulling the trigger was hard for me becauseI worried I wouldn't use them enough to justify the cost, but it's amazing how much design work I actually need, and during the months where I only need a few small things, it still ends up cheaper and faster than if I went through the process of hiring someone.

The new platform is clean, not as simple, but still user-friendly once worked in a few times.

They make beautiful, creative designs with minimal hand-holding. If you've got a brief or an idea, just communicate it to their designers and they'll go to work to produce something you seek. Not satisfied? They'll keep iterating on it until you're pleased.

Whenever I've had an issue, the co-founder Robin has personally gone out of his way to help me out... I'm grateful for that. You can tell he cares a lot about his customers and is empathetic to their needs.

Designs are lovely, customer service is great, people on the team are honest, genuine and reliable.
