Incredible experience of customer service. Wrong product was sent (wrong version of a blister pack). Rather than have me return it, they just sent me the other one!
Very appreciative of their service, and the way they handled this. I would 100% buy again.

The best place to get Pokémon cards
If I could give these guys 6 out of 5 stars, I would.
Absolutely brilliant. I purchased Pokémon cards from them which were reasonably priced, great condition and their customer service is top notch, really refreshing to see.
I had a query and not only were they understanding but very approachable and quick to help however they can.
I would definitely recommend these guys for anything tcg related, they have a customer for life!

My order didnt come on time after I paid for express delivery, this was completely put of the company's hands though and the customer service i received was incredible! I got a full refund and was able to keep the items once they arrived

Great customer service. I was short 1 booster box, when I received my order. Quickly, I emailed them regarding my issue, they quickly investigated it and resolved my issue the next working day, they even included extra booster packs. Thank you!

Shiped out in 24 hours was delayed for a week by DPD but totally not there fault product packaged well and all came as said in the item description overall very satisfied with my purchase

A great experience overall
A great experience overall, I’ve brought twice already and everytime it’s been good service, boxes are beautiful, not damaged etc, one of the boxes was already sealed in a plastic box which was a nice touch to a rare box 👌 also received two mystery packs which added to the experience
Prices are good and are on par with everyone else if not cheaper on some things.

Excellent first purchase
It was easy to order product. One of few places to have stock. It was half the price of large online sellers. Kept notified of delivery progress and it arrived within few days of ordering. Tin arrived in excellent condition and had been wrapped securely. I had not been aware of this company before, but now l am will definitely use again.
