I bought a pair of sandals to find out the following month.The auto signed me up for a service that I don't want and did not ask for that charges me in additional $35 a month. When I called to cancel and tell them I did not sign up for the service and did not want it. They said they would cancel it and refund my money. They never refunded my money and charged me again. The following month and I also started getting charges. From another outfit called onlinenexu.com i'm under the understanding that this is a sister company of them and they are charging me an additional $35 every month, also for a non solicited unwanted unasked for service that I do not want. Looking for attorneys currently\n The nd said they would also refund my money when they found out that I was displeased and did not ask for their service and they continued charging me as well for a service and goods. I don't want and have not been receiving now, when I call their number, both numbers, it goes to an answering service with the same exact hold music and the same exact messages. They tell you to leave a message after waiting 15 minutes on hold and then say that their memory is full. And you cannot leave a message call back later. Do better stop this fraud.

The product earned my respect after one use. The tracking system, however, needs to attend a communication workshop.

This company is nothing but a ripoff. I bought kitchen tongs that should have been $29 with free shipping. My credit card was charged $39. Then another $9.99 for priority shipping. Then I noticed a charge for $39.99 for rewards! This charge was not initiated by me. Beware, these people do not answer customer service calls and are nothing but thieves!

They work with a deceitful partner that wants to add $10, of shipping protection to your order. The submission button is LARGE and the I-don’t-want-the-added-protection button is tiny. If your finger reaches for the tiny button, but drags on the large button, you just paid $10, for a service you don’t want. Then, when you get your confirmation email, they tell you your shipment will be delayed and blame it on Trump. Go somewhere else!

hummingbird feeder looks good in the garden and came without cracks. Shipping took one extra day, but the item itself was fine.

Outdoor swing is nice once placed correctly. Getting it ready took some patience and one dramatic pause.

The sink aerator arrived quickly and was simple to attach. Water flow feels much more practical now.

They added a charge to the item I ordered, called and was "first in line" until I got hung up on. I did get the item but weeks later I got a charge for $39.99 when I hadn't ordered anything.... currently "first in line"..... Called and cancelled my card, do not do business with this company!!!!

5/2/26 placed order, while checking out $9.99 was added to price and charged to my card. Contacted them asap to cancel order and called credit card company to dispute charges. Charge was reversed. 5/20/16 had another charge (double the first charge) to my account. I had received absolutely no correspondence from them prior to charge and had received nothing from them. Again, I disputed charge with credit company and was charged was reversed. I was issued a new credit card to prevent any further charges
