The size was WAY off and dress didn't fit. I just got it today and their policy says reach out to them within 7 days. I did.
They wanted photos of me in my dress that was too small - PERVERTS. I said not on your life and customer service told me that shipping is too expensive for me - just send the photos. I said no again - and they are pressing me for photos WHY?
Still havent received a label.

They don’t deserve one star. They wanted me to take a picture of me in a blouse to determine if it was too big. Don’t buy anything from them. Should not be in business!

I bought a dress with high split they send me totally different dress no split they don’t want to replace the dress they don’t want to refund my money they just want to give me $5 when they made the mistake my recommendation never buy anything from them they fraud 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I order a dress just 3 days shy of a month ago and my order has still not shipped. Shipping method said up to 2 weeks. The shipping is a joke, especially if it’s coming from IL (doubt it).

I ordered a dress for a wedding based on the website’s promise that it would arrive within two weeks. However, the dress didn’t arrive until more than a month later—well after the wedding had passed. When I saw it wasn’t going to arrive in time, I contacted the company to cancel the order before it had even shipped, but they refused. Despite the dress not shipping until two weeks after the event, they are still unwilling to issue a refund.

Still haven't received my item even when they said It was delivered. Haven't had a reply from from email.

I purchased a product a month ago! I received the product on Friday June 6,2025. I have requested a return label or cancelling my order all together due to the timing gap prior of receiving. I received the product and the quality is horrible. I don't want it, and it's been 3 days and still trying to receive a return. They say 7 days return on the website. BEWARE this is a fraud

I placed my order on May 3rd with an 8-15 day shipping timeframe. I emailed at one point because the dress had been sitting for 2 weeks in one location. It finally arrived on May 28 (25 days after the order was placed) and it was definitely not as described. The dress material was very thin with single hemming that would not hold up under and stress and no tags making it appear it had been cheaply sewn together. I ordered an XL size based on the website measurement chart, but due to the way the dress was stitched, there was no way to fit my chest in the dress. I asked to return for a refund and a lengthy email thread ensued. This distributor offers a refund policy if the item is requested within 7 days of delivery. I initiated my return/refund request the day after it was received (May 29, 2025). Since the initial email it has been an ongoing refusal to provide me with a return address, although at one point I was offered $7 for the $54 dress. This is typical scam company tactics. DO NOT buy from this company, it is a total scam!

Such a scam. Ordered a dress and it was too large. Followed return instructions per customer service and was offered $6. The dress cost me $54 plus shipping. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered a dress and a top. The dress was not sewn together good, had a huge pucker in it and the top was too small. I ordered up because I know usually these companies run small. Not only did it take a month and a half to receive they won't honor their return policy that states they can pay for defective product to be returned. The item says it comes for Illinois but I am expected to ship it back to Asia on my own dime! Do not order from them they are a joke!

Worst experience of anyone’s lifetime! First, the items take well over 30 days to arrive. Second, they will not offer exchanges nor refunds. They are based out of CHINA and the clothes is overpriced to cover the shipping cost.

Zero stars for them! I ordered a skirt on May 4th, 2025. I still have not received it. It is June 1st. I emailed them and I told them I wanted a refund. They refused. Do NOT order from Margovil! They are a scam!

This company is HORRIBLE. I placed my order in February. It is May and I have yet to receive my full order. I received 2 pieces last month in April, one piece today in May, and still waiting on another item. The item I received today did not fit. They asked me to send them a picture to show that it didn't fit. I can't get into the dress and I told them I can't take a picture of that. They refuse to give me a refund. I'm going to donate the dress and NEVER EVER order from them. I suggest you don't order from them. The quality of the clothing is not that good either.

They refuse to refund me my money after emailing them over and over again asking them to refund/cancel the order since it's been MONTHS. Do NOT buy from this company! I received my order four weeks after initial purchase. I didn’t mind the delay as I had ordered in plenty of time. Where I have become the most frustrated is with the poor quality of the material and customer service. All three pieces I ordered are unwearable due to product defects. I contacted their customer service who has offered 10% of my total purchase price to keep items. After refusing this and citing their return policy they continue to give me the run around about returning. They state they can not “bare” the cost to send me a return label and if I don’t want the pieces they recommend I take their money $12 offer. I have filed a complain with PayPal in efforts to try to get my money back and for them to help with shipping the defective products back. DO NOT BUY HERE!! The items you see on the models are NOT what you receive!!
