A total scam. They are not selling items as pictured or described and refuse to allow returns. The items I received were cheap laughable imitations of the items pictured for sale - not the same material listed and not the same design details pictured. DO NOT PURCHASE.

I made the mistake of ordering a dress from Margovil without reading these reviews first. Bought the "Spaghetti Strap Floral Print Maxi Dress" and I've never looked worse in a dress. The chest area was extremely ill-fitting, large, and awkward.

The dress doesn't resemble the photos at all, and after some digging, I noticed the photos were stolen directly from another website, but with their branding slapped over it.

When I reached out to start the return process, they asked for photos of the "fit issue," which is when I realized they weren't going to make this easy. After emailing back and forth and getting absolutely nowhere, I've decided it'll just be easier to dispute the charge for deceptive false advertisement.

Don't order from here!! The reviews on their website are fake and the products are deceiving. It's almost comical how terrible of an experience I've had. Save yourself the headache, disappointment, and money!!!

The quality is poorly made, the customer service is trash no one is professional, I purchased a dress the color is not the same as pictured, they make the return process very difficult and complicated that’s for the customer to keep the poorly made trash dress, however that’s not going to happen to me I will take this further.
This website Margovil is a scam, do not order I had a very bad experience!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked for a refund because I waited 16 days for the item to ship and it never did. They responded saying, keep waiting, no refund. I insisted several times that I no longer wanted the items. They tried to give me $3 back. I said no, they ignored my email and then shipped the item anyway. Now they said they will never give me a refund because it’s already shipped. It’s been almost a month. I’ve already been charged for the item, and still haven’t gotten it. BUYER BEWARE

Awful experience. This company is a sham. The dress was such poor quality and had no shape to it. I requested to return it which you have to do via email. Their responses were all in broken English and they made me send photos of the dress on to prove it didn’t fit properly. They offered me $6 for it (the dress cost $44) and told me I needed to pay for the return shipping. I wrote a review of the dress on the website which showed up initially but is now deleted. The reviews only show 5 star ratings for every item

no star at all! when you try to cancel they will NOT refund you.
please do not order from the company they are fraudulent. and are still getting away with this

I purchased a dress for $54.00. It arrived (very late) and the zipper was broken. I contacted customer service and they offer $6.00 reimbursement! I cannot wear the dress! It will cost more than that to purchase a new zipper and hire someone to fix it.
I even sent pictures of the broken zipper. I told CS that this was not an acceptable amount and requested the full amount in return. I will return the dress.
I was going to wear this dress for my wedding.
I will never do business with them nor will I recommend them

I can not give this less stars or I would. After ordering 2 dresses, they arrived MONTHS later. Then they did not fit. I emailed the company, they wanted pictures, so I sent pictures. They emailed back and said they would give me $12 back! So I’m just out the money i spent. Save yourself the time & money- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordering 5 items, they took months across several deliveries to arrive. Receiving them to find really poor-quality fabrics, with ill-fitting sizing. Not as described or pictured at all. I fought for a return address, which I eventually got, and I paid $60 Au for the return. I can see they've received the dresses back via Aust Post tracking. I ordered in early Feb and in July are still waiting my refund. I email pretty much every other day asking re: the refund and get the same response... 'We sorry, thank you for your patience, it's with our finance team!' It's beyond a joke!

Scam company. They make it as hard as possible to do a return. The quality is horrendous and the scam artists want to give me $25 bucks on $350 worth of clothes. Saying it would be between $25-$50 to ship. I’m like, yes I can do math. I’ll be getting back way more than $25 even if it takes a month to get across the world and go through customs.

Absolutely horrible. My order took over a month to receive after multiple emails back and forth. The quality was awful, nothing fit as described. None of the dresses had any shape. The sewing was obvious and bad. I emailed for a return because I was not happy with the time it took to receive my order (it was time sensitive) as well as the quality of the materials. They asked for a photo of the clothing on me, to show the issue, which I didn’t feel comfortable with. But simply not being pleased with the items was not enough to receive a refund.

Highly suggest not ordering from this website.

I ordered 2 dresses for a special occasion. The dresses came in and were too small. Both dresses ran smaller than normal. I requested a return but they came back with an offer of $18 credit. I asked for a full credit with the return of the 2 dresses. They then responded saying I would have to pay for return shipping and that would cost more than the dresses. I now have 2 dresses I cannot even use and I am out the money. I will never use them again.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PRODUCT and let's just say their CUSTOMER SERVICE is below zero.
Probably a fake company..highly recommend not buying their poor quality product and let's not discuss that their product shown is not what you'll receive. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered my dress on May 4th after almost two months waiting I had no dress and no clue about when I will receive it... I wrote to Margovil at least five times and the answer has always been, we will check with the courier. It is really disappointing. For all this , PLEASE DO NOT BUY EVERYTHING FROM THEM

I would like to give them a big fat 0. I ordered 2 dresses a little over a month a go and just got them last week. One fit but the other does not which costs 80.00. I wanted to send this back for a refund but I had to take pictures of it on my body to show what the issue is and still after that, sorry, we can only give you 10.00. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I wish I read t he reviews before I placed an order and I also got charged 10 shipping. Do not order them them.

Horrible customer service. The dress arrived, and was soooo cheap and poorly made. I sent an email to return it, and they said it would be too expensive to ship it back for me to give it to someone else who would like it!!! No refund potential, no credit, nothing! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Worst experience ever regarding an exchange for a different size. They wanted a photo of me in the dress that doesn’t fit to prove it’s too tight. Seriously???? I just wanted an exchange for a size up. They offered me six dollars instead!!! I’m livid! I’ll never buy from this company ever again. Buyers beware! Plus, the dress took a month to get to me. I’m out $60 dollars.
