RTT is a genuine experience
When I chose RTT, my objectif was to connect with my daughter who is following Hypnosis with a Psychologue for years now. I not only realised my objectif, but I loved RTT because it is quick and have the technique to auto-hypnotise ourselves..

Foundation Certificate in RTT Hypnotherapy
Really thorough, professional, informative and well-balanced online course incorporating videos, to watch and activities to try out. I've taken detailed notes so that I can re-read them to consolidate what I learned. I liked that I could leave and return to the modules depending on the time I had available. I found it helpful to read and listen to Marisa's books, I Am Enough and Tell Yourself a Better Lie, before I started the Certificate to give me a thorough overview of the techniques and the benefits to clients from this therapeutic process. I am now going on to the Foundation Certificates in RTT and RTC and will then decide if I want to study at a more in depth level. It's been a very useful journey personally, and I now listen to the messages I give myself daily and re-frame them positively whenever I catch myself slipping into old habits.

Very informative easy to follow I might…
Very informative easy to follow I might suggest less reading material on some modules and more video for inderviduals with dyslexia information can be hard to retain in text although took me longer to retain said information by having to repeat sections truly happy with my learning experience and it is only my opinion to help others in a similar situation to myself
