It’s such a shame
It’s such a shame, the actual expertise around Marissa is very good, however the hard sell sales tactics from her team are just insane. Its pressure selling at its finest and was a huge turn off for me.

Excellent and Useful Course
I already knew Marisa because I bought several online courses one her platform. The book "Tell Yourself a Better Lie" was a life changer and therefore I wanted to participate also in the "Foundation Hypnotherapy", that was excellent as all the other courses I had. For instance, after four years or so, I still have in my apartment several post it with "I am enough" on them.

Excellent learning design and process
The learning modules are clear and easy to understand and, because repetition is learning, there is a good amount of repeitition to support the absorption of the material. I am only on module five but am enjoying the content and know this month as I learn modules 5-8 things will really come together to understand the key points of the process, so I can begin to practice and develop my skills. It is a very well thought out methodology and technique.

False Promise of Refund on Sales Page Goes Unacknowledged and Blame Shifted to Customer
I had bought a bundle hoping to add to my skill-set as a coach and only because it had a banner on the check-out page saying "14-Day Money Back Guarantee - No Questions Asked."
Diligently perusing everything to find there is nothing for me of value, I requested my money back before the 14 days were up.
Not only did I not receive a response (and yes, I did check my spam folder) and had to phone and write again and again, but I was only directed toward some fine print that said that ONE of the three courses in the bundle should not have been progressed through past unit 3 in order to get a refund. THAT was never mentioned anywhere - the fine print was somewhere not pointed to on the check-out page.
Long story short, they refuse a refund and their banner clearly misled. We all know what we call that... no need to spell it out.
As a company proclaiming wanting to help people in their personal growth, these are sad practices. After all, the bundle price is peanuts to their revenue, but I really think it is a matter of integrity.
Shameful, saddening, and definitely disappointing - and the latter goes for both the courses and customer service.

I have just completed the Foundation in Hypnotherapy and found it incredibly informative and easy to follow. the content was straight forward and I found it surprisingly easy to get in a hypnotic state with Marissa's guidance. I would recommend the course to anyone curious about hypnotherapy.

Needs more …
Its a great course but it fails in so many ways.
The amount we pay for the course.
Thisbis my opinion and what happened to me.
The end date is not shown.
Have to email team.
Emails take a while.
When youbask a question you are sent to the tutor to pay extra or students are anwering. Not good enough.
At the end of my course i was told i didnr pass. So had to submit a video.
Upon doing this i never heard back.
Emailed and was told i passed and certificates should be there just update my page.
Othing emailed team again.
Then i received my certificate signed that day. They didnt do it as stated.
Not a great way to finihs.
No marketing part of the course that was under construction. They had a guy recording videos but to me they werent great.
This whole course needs tobe upgraded there is so much competition. Could have been such a better experience for me butbim now graduated and started my business.
Like insaid a good basis great course but needs to be better for the amount we pay

Marise is super good at her work
Marise is super good at her work. she genuinely cares about people and she has the best customer service team I have seen. They are also very familiar with her work on the RTT program. they are generous with their time and effort. This most times comes from the top down. Marisa's programs are easily accessible and work.
