They deleted their best feature without notice...
One of Market Leader's key features is their HomeIntelle report. Without any advance notice, the company elected to remove that service. I received an email around noon on 5/22/25 that the feature was being removed the same day. When I called customer service, they were unable or unwilling to explain why an earlier warning wasn't provided so that users of the platform could alert their clients and revise their CRM messages. They could not give me a time frame for its return, if ever. Very disappointing. I would give them a zero if I could.
Scam company
Just received an email from them supposedly from Evri to re-schedule my delivery. I was a bit wary as I was actually expecting a parcel which is obviously how they work but I couldn't log into my account or send an email to Evri through this bogus account. Stay away from this company.
I would give them a "0" star rating if…
I would give them a "0" star rating if it were available. All the leads are fake and the sales people are deceptive. They made me increase my plan and told me I could try it out for 30 to 60 days; fast forward to the end of the 60 days, and realized that the leads are just as bad no matter what plan you have When I attempted to cancel customer service informs me that I automatically extended my contract by 6 more months... long story short, save your money, stay away and be very weary of this fraudulent company! I am filing a complaint with the state and hoping to see them in court if they don't reverse my charges.
100% Scam—Fake Leads, Fake Info, and a Locked Contract
MarketLeader is a deliberately deceptive company. Out of more than 100 leads, nearly all were completely fake—invalid phone numbers, fake or mismatched emails, and on the seller side, made-up property addresses that didn’t exist or didn’t match public records. Maybe 1 out of 100 was an actual person, and even then, the info didn’t line up.
When I confronted their support team, they acknowledged that the leads were invalid—but still refused to cancel the contract or stop billing me. You’re locked in for 6 months, no matter what. Even after the term ended, they made it difficult to cancel, with shady billing practices continuing.
I’ve filed complaints with the FTC and BBB and am seriously considering small claims court. This is not a legitimate service—it’s a lead scam designed to bleed agents dry. Do not sign up.
They stole money from me
They stole money from me. I have no clue what they are and have never been to their site. They somehow charged my chard for $24.99 on 3/10/2025 for a new subscription. I did not notice the charge on my account or the intro email with my username and password. Then today, 4/12/2025, my bank text me a fraud alert for a charge today from them and I responded with "NO". That's when I started digging and saw the charge on my account and the email. I logged in with the info in the email and what a garbage site. Needless to say, my card has been deactivated and today's charge is being disputed. Unfortunately I can't dispute the one from 3/10/2025.
AMY is so rude i have been treated TERRIBLY
AMY is so rude i have been treated so poorly and i have been a member for YEARS! Calling my home to collect a debt for the last month of no service for a cc date at 7am is amazing! i paid set up fee and it was on in hours now it takes 30 days to take it off? i have NEVER got a good lead or any thing off there website only if i sent some one there. DO NOT USE MARKET LEADER THEY TREAT YOU TERRIBLY!! I WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE MY FEED BACK FROM A LONG TERM CLIENT THEY DONT CARE!
My opinon, stay away.
My opinion? Stay far away. The leads are steamy garbage. I found they are deceptive in their practice, when they get called out for it they do what they can to avoid answering the question. Their contracts are contradictory and they will use it in their favor whichever way they wish to. Want to cancel? confusing convoluted process. They will do their best to hit you with another $700 in fees. Do not use this company.
Only a 1 star because I cant do none
Only a 1 star because I cant do none. Just the worst . They do NOT verify the leads what so ever, they just send random bogus leads of anyone that hits the internet. They claim they verify ad double verify the leads and that is untrue. and then they refuse to refund or allow you to cancle. JUST A HUGH MONEY GRAB
This is the very worst company
This is the very worst company in the world. They lie about everything. They are useless and have no leads. They will steal your money, and they are very rude and insulting. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. DO NOT.
I am a subscriber
I am a subscriber, after using it for a while, I found that the automatic signature on drip emails and the email I sent out were defaulted to use my competitor's phone number!! Not only that, my phone number had never been activated in my profile!! This is unbelievable!!
So bad
Amberly gave me a call. After checking reviews I told her I wasnt interested. She then proceeded to harass me by text for taking the reviews into account multiple times. Then sends me one to thank me for giving her my zip code so she could sell it out. I had to block her. This place is trash.
Do not waste your time or money with…
Do not waste your time or money with marketing with Market Leader! The quality leads are promised when signing up, but not delivered. I did not have any sales out of this company. Every time I tried to contact a lead, the lead would not respond or the phone number was not correct. The quality of the lead was not good either, as the majority of leads did not have a good credit score and could not qualify for a loan.
I tried to cancel a few months into the term, but was told that I had a 6 month term with them. The last conversation I had with a customer rep in October, I told him that I wanted to make sure that my term was canceled at the end and not renewed. He assured me that would happen at the end of November. They then charged me for December and now will not refund the money because they said I didn't give notice in time. I made the mistake by not checking all the bad reviews before I signed up. Do not make that same mistake! The reviews are awful for this company and they really don't care about making it better. They try to rope people into a 6 month term with big promises and don't hold any guarantee that the company stands behind what they claim.
Do Not Use
Do Not Use! Not what was promised. They said qualified leads and I have gotten almost 70+ so called leads and have not spoke to any. Not one call back, I asked for a refund and they said sorry no way. They don't stand behind their product! Do not use
No stars because the company mislead me…
No stars because the company mislead me (and others, see Trust Pilot) from the beginning of the sales pitch through signing the contract. They promise "pre-qualified, screened" leads "ready to purchase". In reality, they use Social Media ads about my listings and when someone clicks on one, they agree to be contacted, and send it to me as a lead. I signed a six month contract for $500 a month. To date (90 days) I have not gotten one qualified lead or response. In many cases the phone numbers forwarded are fake as well as the emails. When I search a database, the large majority of respondents don't own a home and income levels indicate they may not be able to purchase a home.
I called after 30 days and explained my experience. The response was it takes up to six months for the lead generation and follow up to work. They send out a ridiculous amount of AI generated texts to the respondents and in many cases, the respondents request the texts and emails be stopped. I get the complaint though! There is NO human interaction as promised except the email I send out after I receive the "lead". No one ever responds to it. It's dishonest to assure results and to be less than truthful. I was very explicit when we discussed the program that I did NOT want a second CRM to maintain. They assured me it was not necessary. In fact you have to if you wish to keep up with the respondents. Someone needs to stop this practice. There are so many negative online reviews. I was foolish to fall for it...a very expensive mistake.
My experience with Market Leader over…
My experience with Market Leader over the past six months has been extremely disappointing. Despite investing $700 per month, I have not received a single valid lead relevant to my service areas. Instead, the leads provided have consistently come from locations over two hours away, which are completely outside my target market. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue in the first two months, Market Leader failed to make any adjustments.
What’s more concerning is their refusal to cancel my membership or issue a refund for the services that were clearly not delivered as promised. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer concerns is deeply troubling and speaks to a fundamental failure in their service model.
I would caution any professional considering Market Leader to seriously reconsider. This experience has not only been a financial burden but has also taken valuable time and resources away from focusing on my business. I strongly recommend exploring more reliable and customer-focused alternatives
The worst ever for lead generation
The worst ever for lead generation. They got me on a 6 months contract and I have not closed any transaction. It’s all facebook fake leads and nothing else. I do not recommend to waste your money. When I call those leads the answer is always I have never signed up or inquired about any properties. An absolute waste! I tried to cancel and they would not. Scammers.
Dumpster Fire
Total garbage scam. They'll blow up your phone month by month trying to get you to sign up. The person doing the intro calls will claim to be a seasoned veteran agent, and you will NEVER hear from that person again after signing up. They will also never mention on the intro that you are locked into a contract with them for at least 6 months, and there is NO WAY TO GET OUT. The leads are GARBAGE. You can get better quality leads from spending $50 on Facebook Ads yourself.
There is no real support team.
The best you'll get is an automated email response. IF you are able to get someone on the phone, it is "Joe Smith" with an Indian accent who knows nothing about real estate.
STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM MARKETLEADER AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE
Stay very far away!
This is a less-than-desirable way to acquire leads. The leads are of poor quality and many leads express the feeling of being "harassed" by the many auto-generated responses to their browsing. I have been sent messages of STOP, JUST LOOKING....... all because of the pestering messages that the system sends. Out of 90+ leads I have 1 person seriously looking for a home and needing help. It is a waste of time and creates a negative view of your name due to the pestering of their system. They will not work with you, they only threaten if you mention non-payment. The product looks and sounds great, but for realtors, it is nothing more than a scam. Legal recourse for damaging my business name? It's a thought.
Save your money
Save your money. Mostly tire kickers. I had one deal out of over 800 leads. When you try to adjust your account to lower the cost, they still figure out a way to hook you for one more month. It sure seems like all lead programs are the same. All hot air.
Absolute Garbage Product
This program is a scam that locks you into a term and will absolutely not deliver what you are promised.
They're product looks like it hasn't been updated since 2008 with simple things like sending a listing to a potential lead doesn't work from the App. You have to be a computer to send it and when you did it looks like dial up age trash.
These sales agents and reps don't even know their own product with most of them contradicting one another with how the lead generation actually works.
Then when you raise an issue like these, they try to basically just sell you another program and tell you tough s*** we don't care.
Absolute garbage product and scam company just out for your money with their half ass lead generation. Don't fall for it, don't pay for leads from this company there's a reason it's "Cheaper" than the rest out there.
