Compré una backpack en un centro comercial en Puebla, Mexico. El producto se desgastó excesivamente en el pad i ferior de la parte trasera, a solo una semana de uso. El punto de venta no hizo válida la garantía. Mal.producto y terrible servicio post-venta. Mala decisión de cambiar de marca, volveré a comprar una Victorinox.

The bag actually arrived few days later, than expected, though there has been no communication from the store at all, nor response via email or messenger. I thought I got scammed, so when the bag arrived I had already started refund procedure through my bank...
Though they claim to be UK based company, the bag arrived from China...I will never buy from them again.

Never Order
I ordered a bag 33 days ago. They have not taken any action since then. I send emails, they don't even reply. I asked for my money back, they didn't do that either. Terrible experience, definitely don't order.

Seit 1 Monat keine Rückantwort, keine Rückzahlung
Die Rucksäcke sind qualitativ hochwertig. ABER ich habe nunmehr 10 Mails seit November 2022 geschrieben, da ein Rucksack nicht angekommen ist und ich bislang keinerlei Antwort geschweige denn eine Rückzahlung bekommen hätte. Unglücklicherweise müssten wir nun den 2. Rucksack zurücksenden, da zu klein und wir bereits einen Neuen dort bestellt haben. Auf der Site heisst es, Rückgabe innerhalb 30 Tage, aber nur wenn man vorab kontaktiert hat und Infos bekommt. Darauf warte ich seit 10 Tagen. Ich fürchte ich muss bald eine Anwalt einschalten. Sehr schade...

My backpack order was placed in the middle of September. No confirmation or status of the order has been sent to me since then. Despite trying to contact them via email, I have not received a response or a refund.
This website is a scam, do not buy from them.

Scam alert
Like others. I to ordered a backpack, and after a week. I noticed it wasn't shipped! I contacted these guys via email and phone call and recieved no response! I ended up doing a charge back on my credit card and got my money back! This company is a scam. They say they are in California which is where I am at. Should not take weeks or months to get an order shipped! I think this scam is actually in China!

Ordered 2 bags and sorely disappointed
Ordered 2 bags. Delivery took 2 weeks and was very disappointed at the quality of the items...crooked lines and poor stitching. The smaller bag had dents in the vinyl like material. This is probably because each cam in a clear huge baggie with made in China marked on them. The outside packages has no cushioning, just thin plastic so if heavy packages are placed on them they can easily get damaged. They did not look like the quality reflected on the site. No refund or exchanges unless defective, which they technically are. However, there are no free returns and they came from overseas which would be a costly return. The designs are great but since they are cheaply made, it's not worth buying. I am just going to give them away and invest in Tumi which is everywhere and has much better quality. They will swap out my items for new ones if there are any issues.

Placed an order for a bagpack on 1st September. Still not received any update on shipping the product. Have been trying to contact them via email but have not received any response from them. Neither have I received a refund!!

When I tried to contact Mark Ryden they did not say anything.
