Ordered a bag on October 7th (Order MKRD5606 confirmed) and absolute silence. Attempts to get feedback by email or the website form have not been responded to.

No customer service number or chatbot. Wondering if this is a real store or an online scam.

Dont buy from this site, it is a scam, you never get you order.

Placed and order, got shipping info, packaged was returned to sender. Emailed several times with no reply on if the item is going to be shipped or if they are going to refund the money.

I placed an order more than 1 month ago. They provide me a tracking number which is a fake number, I believe. I can see that my parcel has been returned when I check from delivery company. I have sent several e-mails to Mark Ryden Global, but no any revert. Scrammed. But, I will keep follow it, claim my rights for refunding.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEIR GLOBAL WEBSITE. My order was confirmed on 11th September 2022. After the purchase i only received a mail of confirmation and that my order would be shipped 1-3 days. However since then there has been no update on my order. This is absolutely disappointing and i am so unsatisfied with the service. To this day they haven’t replied to any of my mails or given me any update of it. We here are spending our savings and money on their products and its a disgrace to treat their customers this way. Although I would mention mark ryden US and Canada store had been helpful as they replied to my concerns and said numerous customers were dealing with this issue on their global website and we have to contact them(global website ) for refunds.

They never shipped my product and then they had the balls to say it was shipped to my house. I never received my merchandise and they refused to help me when confronted about the situation. They're customer service representatives, just wasted my time with nonsense.

Don't buy from this website. They are significantly more expensive than somewhere like Amazon, who sells the same bag, for much cheaper. And the customer service refuses to price match if you happen to find this out after the fact.

It was terrible experience buying in this website. Believe me.
I bought a backpack frome this website. They said that my order would take up to 3 days to be processed, even though I paid extra 4,99€ for the express shipping mode.
During these 3 days, I sent them an email asking for information about my order, they didn't answer me.
I am tired of waiting without an answer, so I am about to talk with the competent authorities and a lawyer.
Don't use this website. And if you want to buy one of these backpacks, use Amazon.

SCAMMER ALERT! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I have asked for a different payment option as Paypal is not operable in Turkey. They have provided me with a bank account in Hong Kong under HONGKONG PINGUAN LEATHER TRADE CO. LIMITED, yet the website says that the company is in the UK (26 Asland Road, London, E15 3LL, UK). There is also another company's information on the website stating that the company is in Cyprus (SHARLOMAY LTD, Agion Theodoron 6 Agios Athanasios, 4102, Limassol, Cyprus).

I have placed my order on 12th July 2022. I got a reply of "Sorry, I'm on vacation, sorry for not replying in time, I'm shipping for you now" on July 21st 2022. Only one person working there? How? Of course, nothing happened. I have sent several e-mails until July 25th 2022. Someone provided me with a Yun Express tracking number. Which is probably a fake one or just an initial tracking number as nothing happened at all. The tracking number is still in 'Processing' status. Thankfully, I haven't wired the payment and paid with a credit card as I am going to start a chargeback process. I will also let Paypal know as this is a complete fraudulent seller.

Hello, I placed the order on July 14th but I haven't received any news on it. By reading other reviews it seems that my order won't make it. I have contacted the company through Facebook, Instagram and email but no one replies back. Customer service is terrible

Two weeks after, I received an email from the representative telling me that they were not going to be able to fulfill my order so I got a refund

I orderd a rucksack with zippeextension, becaus I need it. I got a rucksack without zipper extension. To send it back to england costs more than 30€. I wrote to Mark Ryden but got no answer. So I have now a rucksack I can not use. If I send it back, half of the price goes to the return shipping.

Excellent quality! It took a while to receive it but it was well worth the purchase.

Great website. Easy to find a product and great range. Was looking for a travel bag for the plane to carry iPad Pro , headphone and power pack etc but didn’t want a full rucksack. Found Mini Compacto Pro It great right size well made and quality matrieral and look. Ordered and shipped immediately received within a week so pleased with service. This is my 2nd MR bag and I can see me getting a 3rd (rucksack) now that I am back in the office 2 days a week.

I ordered the Expandos bag and it arrived quite soon (less than a month).

It's my best buy for the year! Incredibly practical, both for the city (laptop and stuff) and for travel (a lot of free space when expanded).

When expanded, it's the size of a cabin bag that fits under the airline seat, so it's perfect for economy tickets.

I was kind of afraid because I didn't know the company, and if it's legit or not. Turns out, they're GREAT!

My experience has been extremely unsatisfactory. They canceled my order nearly two months ago and I have not received the due refund or any response from the company. I have sent several emails asking about their actions on the matter, but I have not gotten any responses concerning the owed refund. It’s been nearly 2 months now, as I placed my order in December 2021.

Finally I recieved my bag. Thanks for that. Just it was too late. Because costumer service is weak. And they are sending wrong tracking numbers. So if you give your phone number well than your local post office is sending you message. My post happened like this. I’m happy 😃
