I bought a One Piece starter pack, and it was well packed, and competitively priced. A good buying experience, and would certainly use them again

After seeing the reviews it looked like I could trust this “company”, so I decided to buy a silver tempest etb from Marley collects, I ordered it and a day later received my Royal Mail tracking code which said “we’re expecting it”, this was a week before destined rivals came out, so I messaged Ben (marleycollects) on instagram asking him if he’ll be having any destined rivals stock, we had a little talk about that, in those message he put “Glad your order arrived with you okay 👍”, I never stated I had the item as it was also saying “we’re expecting it”, long story short I keep asking him and he says he sent it out and eventually contacted Royal Mail, who said they delivered all the packages that day but miscanned that item….. hmmm what a coincidence…. I then ring up Royal Mail myself who say “we’ve not received anything as you can see on your tracking”. So I ask for a refund and he then says he has proof of dispatch in front of him of signed manifest, he then has a problem (of course after I want a refund) that I’ve contacted him through instagram rather than his website where it’s already difficult to try and contact him and then made comments about my profile having no posts and that I’ve changed my username multiple times, not the fact that he’s tried to scam me of £79.99 and keep the product, that we don’t even know if he even has. Avoid this place at all costs, thank God I paid through PayPal.

I recently purchased a £100 mystery box from MarleyCollects.com, and honestly, I find myself unable to fully recommend or discourage buying it. While I did receive everything as described, the overall value felt slightly underwhelming—perhaps not drastically so, but enough to leave me feeling a bit let down.

That being said, purchasing Pokémon cards is inherently a gamble, and there's always excitement in the unknown. The added mystery of not knowing what’s inside the box may enhance that thrill for some buyers. I personally enjoyed the anticipation of waiting to see what I would get. However, in the end, my experience was more disappointing than rewarding.

Your experience may differ, and if the mystery factor appeals to you, this box could still be fun to open. As for myself, I likely won’t be purchasing again.
