Fake goods, send you around in circles in you give up.
£60 for fake Hoka and they offered me a 50% discount off of more fake goods.
How are they even still allowed to sell this?

If I could give this company a ZERO I would.
Ordered a jacket in January, should have realised by the delivery times that this company were not in the UK/Europe. I have tried to obtain a refund due to the sizing being incorrect, but all the company is offering is a discount code on your next item.
If you do wish to return the item, this company have stressed that it will cost between£20-£30 plus tracking and import taxes, so not worth the effort. Plus I would imagine if you go down this route they will find fault with the item and therefore still not be able to obtain a refund.

Ordered a size 14 shoe online, received shoes that are a best a size 11. This website want £35 for me to return a £60 pair of shoes. Absolute scammers. Do not order from this company if you live in the UK.

I paid £53.98 for what was advertised as genuine leather shoes, but when I received them, they were incorrectly sized and the quality was poor—they appeared to be made of plastic rather than the genuine leather promised. When I requested a refund, I was informed that I would need to return the shoes to China at my own expense, which would cost between £20 and £30. This seems unreasonable given that the product did not match the description or quality advertised.

Do not buy from this company absolute con. I wanted to return a jumper they advised it would cost me between 20-30 euro to send it back they would not be responsible if they never received it back, offered a 50 per cent discount on any further offer. Avoid at all costs.

The shoes I received is made of very cheap quality materials.I am very lucky if I can use it for 6 months. Chinese company, misleading information. I never by anything from this company.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered size 13 boots from what I thought was a Dutch company with the address for returns listed as China! I was sent the wrong size and made company who asked me to send photos which I have now done twice and each time have been advised it is being escalated to the appropriate team. I am going to contact trading standards in both the Netherlands and China. Do not buy from this company.

What they sent me was unbelievable! I brought a pair of trainers, omg they were terrible, nothing like there pictures!
The company lead you to believe they are from Netherlands, no they are not they are in China, this company needs to be shut down,
They say you can return but charge you €30 and you have to pay custom tax, but lots of people have never even received their money back!
Please do not order and save your money!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Product not as described on the website (meant to be linen/cotton and was polyester/spandex and of very poor quality), refund refused - only offered a discount off my next purchase (haha!) and returns to China although registered as in The Netherlands. TOTAL SCAM and will get trading standards involved.

After almost two months of complaining, have finally got an EMail from Maroxe to say my credit card refund
was being actioned.
They had sent me the wrong size of shoes and originally dug their heels in, refusing to credit, until I got NatWest Credit Card involved.
Better late than never. !

SCAMMERS…PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA, NOT THE NETHERLANDS AS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE! - COMPLETE MUG OFF!!!

Ordered 2 desk lights costing a total of £110… they arrived; one was faulty, and after close inspection, the overall quality of the lamps were beyond poor. I requested a return & sent them tracked to a random address in China at a cost of £35. I followed the return advice Maroxe gave to the absolute letter… They left the UK on the 25th November… were released from China customs on the 19th Dec… from there, I heard nothing. Maroxe customer service (which are bloody dreadful & address you as ‘my dear’ on their correspondence 😣) advised to chase the package with Royal Mail… after an investigation, the package was found back in the UK - they were finally delivered back to me on the 14th Feb, with a Chinese note stating ‘not enough information to export’.
Maroxe have a returns address noted on their postage label based in Birmingham - I’ve requested to return them to this address (again at my own expense) but they refuse and state the only way to get my full refund is to return them to China, which we all know I can’t do as the same palaver would happen again! So, here I am, I’m stuck with 2 shitty lamps & out of pocket for £145 - joy!

Please… save yourselves the hassle & frustration and ‘AVOID THESE SCAMMERS LIKE THE BLOODY PLAGUE!’

The worst company ever. They mislead you thinking you can get an immediate refund if something goes awry. They sent the wrong items which have had to be returned to China (that's a scam in itself!) for any chance of a refund. BAD BAD BAD

Ordered some shoes, nothing like the picture or description and returns would cost more than the product back to China not Netherlands as it seems on their website.

Couldn’t claim on my credit card as apparently they offered me a refund but wasn’t worth the hassle and by the time I had disputed and heard back from credit card company I had missed the returns period!

They duplicated my order, sent me two awful red coats price was nearly £100.
l got problem to get my refund as company is from Dutch but the return address is in China, l sent it in December and I paid £30 for postage. No confirmation if they received it, l am waiting for 2 months for my refund but it looks like l would never have it.

Do not touch this company, a bunch of charlatans, they take your money then make it virtually impossible to send products back when the product is not fit for purpose .. stay away.

I ordered a lamp and accidentely clicked my mouse again which bought another one. I immediately contacted them to cancel the second lamp and guess what? it was impossible to do so despite numerous emails and attemts at calling them (the phone number does not work EVER). Also, you think it all comes from the Netherlands when in fact it is shipped from China. I ended up receiving two very cheap looking nasty lamps that I paid over the odds for and it will cost £30 to return (to China, of course!!) In the end, I gave up, which I suspect most people do...

I would rate zero if possible because Maroxe are far worse than the one star ‘poor, rating.
I purchased a pair of uk size 8 men’s shoes but received size 6. Maroxe advised that it would not be advisable to return the shoes because it would be expensive for me plus Chinese customs can be difficult (so much for the ‘easy returns’). They offered 10% immediate refund together with a 20% discount for my next shop plus I could keep the shoes. I had no use for the shoes and no intention of ordering anything from them again so decided to return them.
I used Royal Mail tracked Mail at a cost of more than half the value of the shoes but on trying to access tracking I couldn’t find anything. Royal Mail informed me that ‘when a returned item reaches customs in China, they contact the original seller and request a copy of the invoice to show that the item has not been sold to somebody there. Unfortunately, in some cases, sellers in China do not provide the invoice, this enables them to avoid having to issue the buyer with a refund’.
Fortunately, Royal Mail have been good enough to issue me with a refund so it has ended well but I am absolutely disgusted with the way that Maroxe operates as a company - AVOID THEM
