Damaged plants on delivery due to poor choice of courier…

Damaged plants on more than one occasion due to constantly using Evri for deliveries. Telling them about this falls on deaf ears.

My order hasn't turned up

My order hasn't turned up. I've contacted the company twice, but they failed to respond. Their customer service is very disappointing.

Delivery Issues

I waited ages for my order of a single item. No word on delivery just sern as 'pending' on the account. In the end I had to chase. Spoke to customer services who couldn't understand why it had not been sent out. But if I hadn't called it feasibly could hv been waiting indefinitely. Not one word of apology!

Let's just say I wouldn't order from…

Let's just say I wouldn't order from them again,items with know instructions, don't answer phone or emails.so how do you get in touch, still waiting for an item !!!not impressed.

Excellent range of plants

Excellent range of plants with good descriptions and graphics. Easy ordering process. Plants arrive soon after placing an order and are well packaged. Plants continue to grow well in the garden

Awful packaging

Delivery was awful. Ordered peas, 2 stacks. 1 strip pointing up in the box, the others on their side, on top. Have planted but most have died. Contacted Marshalls, who apologised & issued a full refund. Also looking into theirs packaging service

Good in the main

5 of the 6 plants were healthy and have taken well. One plant was very wilted on arrival and has since died.

Only part of my order arrived

Only part of my order arrived, I contacted Marshall’s to advise them and am still awaiting a response as they have a 10 working day response time. Three items were ordered together, but were all sent separately weeks apart, when they were showing as ready to ship and in stock.

Shambolic

I asked for the delivery to be delayed owing to being away on holiday. I was told it was automatically dispatched as soon as I purchased so.It couldn’t be stopped. Then, I get another email suggesting that I nominate another address to receive it - even though they told me it had already been dispatched! Well, which is it? As it turns out it’s immaterial anyway because NOTHING has been received after two weeks. I have been refunded, that’s the only positive. I won’t be shopping here again.

The package was squashed and broken

The package was squashed and broken. The pea plants were in their death throes and never recovered. Sadly they all died even with our tender care.
We will not be ordering plants from Marshalls again.
