It’s a crop with a thin translucent-like skin that will not need peeling and delivers a crisp taste in salads, sandwiches and dishes. Cucumber Delistar plants come in a three pack of plugs that will grow to 7inches (18cm) ready for harvesting from mid-summer to late September.

The plants I received were dry and withered when they arrived, the stems were distorted to breaking point wrapped in a straw like material. Despite my best efforts the did not survive. I have emailed Marshals with photographic evidence of the plants and have yet to receive a reply. Email sent 3 June..
