Hibiscus 'Red Heart' Avis

Large white flowers with a striking deep red centre Deciduous shrub with a strong, upright habit Flowers freely from midsummer into early autumn Ideal for sunny borders and feature planting Hibiscus ‘Red Heart’ is a bold and elegant shrub that brings exotic flair to the garden during the height of summer. Its impressive, saucer-shaped white flowers are highlighted by a dramatic crimson red eye, creating a striking contrast that draws the eye from across the garden. The blooms are produced over a long period, providing reliable colour when many other shrubs have finished flowering. Best grown in a warm, sunny position with shelter from strong winds, ‘Red Heart’ thrives in fertile, well drained soil and benefits from a protected spot to encourage strong growth and flowering. Its upright habit makes it well suited to the back of borders or as a standalone feature plant. Easy to care for once established, this hibiscus adds late-season colour, structure and a touch of the exotic to garden planting schemes.
