I asked for the delivery to be delayed owing to being away on holiday. I was told it was automatically dispatched as soon as I purchased so.It couldn’t be stopped. Then, I get another email suggesting that I nominate another address to receive it - even though they told me it had already been dispatched! Well, which is it? As it turns out it’s immaterial anyway because NOTHING has been received after two weeks. I have been refunded, that’s the only positive. I won’t be shopping here again.

Very happy with the products. However, the parcel delivery was a bit erratic, especially with my last order which kept being put back and ended up being delivered later than their email promised. This would not put me off ordering from this company.
Delivery ideal and pleased the packaging intact. Now awaiting results.
The package was squashed and broken. The pea plants were in their death throes and never recovered. Sadly they all died even with our tender care.
We will not be ordering plants from Marshalls again.

The plants we have ordered arrived in very poor condition, Marshalls have agreed to refund the cost, but this has caused some inconvenience. We think it is the delivery company that is holding the plants for too long. Unable to get through to Marshalls on the telephone to discuss this.

Placed order for plug plants.
Acknowledged and order number received very quicky.
Plants delivered in excellent condition and growing well.
Had to telephone as I had inadvertently deleted the emails pertaining to this order!! The lady was help and friendly.
Excellent overall service.

Plants arrived crushed and fallen out of holders. I did complain but the answer was not at all helpful.

Woeful product and even worse customer service. Bought some strawberry bare root plants online for £17.98 (I never received a confirmation email of the order). These were delayed by the delivery company and when they were finally delivered after two weeks they were completely dead - just dust and broken roots. Used their online form to request a refund but received no reply (there is no email address available). I called customer service and waited 15 minutes for them to answer. He refused to accept they were dead, and told me that I would have to return the plants for a refund at my cost, and that just the cost of the plants would be refunded and not the original postage. After, two lots of postage my total refund would be £4.00 of the original £17.98. Dreadful company, and thank goodness for Amex who raised a dispute with them and settled immediately in my favour. Avoid.

Never received plants. Sent 3 emails and got no reply. Eventually some to someone on the phone who said they had now sold out if the plants I ordered in March. Now awaiting refund.
Not used Marshall before and unlikely to in the future now.

Very disappointed with first order containing the tropical begonias. Some were damaged, should have realised the special offer of 60 plants would not be good quality.
Remaining orders were ok.

Had a message from their courier EVRI on the day of delivery that they were unable to complete the delivery and it would be rescheduled. Over a two week period I was unable to get anything more than an automatic reply saying someone would be in touch with an update within 72hours.
Contacted Marshalls directly to try and resolve but phone rang out consistently and customer service email address advised a 10 day wait for a response.
Wouldn't use again unfortunately as very difficult to contact should something go wrong with your order.

Good plants and quick service. Although Evri delivery do not take care of the plants. Boxes were all battered and soil leaking out each time.
Thank goodness for strong packs for plug plants, as the outer box arrived completely crushed! Evri are not the best delivery service.
Items received in good condition.
Good variety of products at affordable prices and quick delivery service always good quality items
The plants arrived mostly in good condition but some of the plugs had slipped out of their holders and were a little damaged, but most were fine and are thriving.
2out 3 plants were tip top the 3rd one was snapped below the bottom leaves the package was not damaged and the plants were well protected assume a missed at picking order. Hence only 3.
