My bright red shearling coat is stunning and turns heads everywhere. Only knocking off one star because one belt look was stitched a little off, still wears perfect though...

Put on the Kurt Russell vest and instantly felt like I should be handing out presents on a sleigh. Quality is insane!

Purchased a sweater and it's living in my closet rent-free now. Plus, the pricing was great given the quality of the product.

Just wore my new Gavin coat to the holiday market and people wouldn't stop staring (in a good way lol). So warm and the fit is chef's kiss.

The fit's a bit baggy, but it actually works and makes the costume feel extra chill. Took about 15 days to get here since I ordered a bit earlier. Overall, super happy with it and can't wait to rock it for the holidays.

Just got the Star Wars Imperial Officer Costume, and I'm seriously impressed! The cotton material feels comfy, and the viscose lining inside makes it even softer. The design is on point with the simple collar, full sleeves, and that classic military vibe. Perfect for cosplay or any Star Wars party. All in all, great quality, and definitely a must-have for any fan!

They just keep sending me the invoice with no exchange option or refund option.

Ordered a sweatshirt on December 11th. Paid extra for express shipping. Still haven’t received it on December 23rd. Only respond to one email out of 5 emails. Do not buy from this company. It is a scam!

If I could give ZERO stars would be an understatement. This has been an absolute nightmare with MarvelJacket.com. I placed my order as a Christmas gift for my autistic son on November 27th I did so based off of reviews of slow shipping and processing ,however, I DID NOT expect this to be the case by placing the order well in advance for Christmas. Their guidelines say 3-4 BUSINESS days for processing. 8-15 BUSINESS days for shipping...sent a message through their website to Marvel Jacket in regards to the order STILL PROCESSING as of the 16th of December. It did not get a response. I sent 2 emails to 2 different email accounts that they also provide on their website...the SUPPORT email is the one I got a response from. I was assured via said email that they were very apologetic, that it has processed, that it has been shipped and that I would begin recieving shipping updates....NO! HA!!! JOKES ON ME! As of today, December 20th 2025 my ORDER IS STILL PROCESSING!!! Since they are based out of CA it will not and would not be here on the east coast in time for Christmas ,even it were to be processed and shipped. I had previously sent messages to them expressing my concerns, and ONLY recieved the single corresponding email stating the above mentioned response.."we are so sorry, it's been processed, it's been shipped", etc. You do not lie to your customers nor make promises that you do not follow through on. That is NOT how to conduct proper business. I demanded a FULL refund and have honored my commitment to leave such a horrendous review. My part has been fulfilled as I shall await my refund. Bottom line: I will never even attempt to ever use this company or any of it's affiliates again in any future. Stick to company's that honor their own guidelines and that are reputable...this one...steer clear of unless you enjoy nightmares. Sincerely, one pissed off and disgusted consumer.

I placed my order for a jacket with this company on 12/09/2025. It has said 'in processing' ever since.
I have reached out via email twice now, the support tab on their site, and Instagram dm. Nothing. I ordered this with plenty of time to get here for Christmas, as a gift. Doesn't look like it's coming at all.

EDIT: I have now emailed their support team 5 times, with ZERO response. My order is still 'in processing', for 2 weeks now. I emailed them to cancel and refund my order, or I will be disputing it with my credit card company, as this is clearly a fraudulent company. Such a disappointment as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for someone.

Placed order and it’s been processing for a week now even thought they say it takes about 3-4 days tops to process. I tried to email there support email and still no response. I even paid extra for 5-8 day shipping to try and receive it before the 20th or at least before Xmas. I should have done more research before ordering, Im thinking I got scammed😠

Do not buy from this website — they are scammers.
I ordered a ski jacket on December 3 and chose delivery within 5–8 business days.
Today is December 17, and I have already contacted them by email three times, but received no response.
Even worse, they no longer allow me to log in to the website as a customer — I have been blocked.

I ordered a jacket 3 weeks ago and have received no communication except for my order has been received and of course they took my money and nothing… This is a Christmas gift and I have sent 4 emails so far and have had no response..

They responded to this review and said they sent me an email which I can not find anywhere and they stated below that they were shipping my item out the next day … one week later no shipping information and no product that I ordered..

Still no product and no response from this company. It’s been one month and this item was a Christmas gift !! So disappointed.

I placed my order 3 weeks ago, and it is still showing in “processing” status. There is no way to call the company. I’ve sent multiple emails, an no response. They sure took my money, but I have no product. I am so disappointed. I wish I would have done a little research before ordering because this seems like a common issue. At this point I’m pretty sure I’m just out $200. Would not recommend, because there is no way to get in touch with customer service and they do not respond to email. I’m going to go ahead and call this a scam and encourage others to not purchase from this website. I feel bad - this was kind of an expensive mistake.

Since Christmas is around the corner, I ordered a Santa Claus costume from Marvel Jacket, and I'm loving it! The fabric is super soft and cozy. It's thick enough to keep me warm but comfy too.

The Sons of Anarchy Jax Teller vest I purchased fits perfectly and feels authentic. The only downside is that the inside lining could be a bit softer.

I'm really impressed with Marvel Jackets! The jacket is comfortable, stylish and exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail is amazing, and delivery was fast. I'll definitely buy again

I so wish I had read this page before placing my order. I wasted $114 on an order that not only will not get to me by Halloween, but 11 days after I placed the order, IT HADN'T EVEN BEEN SHIPPED!

I sent multiple emails - of course they have no phone number - and never got anything helpful.

This is a very well made, super sized David Byrne suit. It took a couple weeks to arrive, but it was worth the wait. I would like to order from Marvel jacket again next Halloween.

Was skeptical at first but was positively surprised about the great quality and smooth process of delivery.
