Loved my jacket from Marvel Jacket. The quality and design are superb. Shipping was a bit delayed though. But still, I highly recommend them to any fan looking for movie-inspired outfits.

I was actually reached out by the company to leave a review. I never though to leave a review on Trustpilot, but coming here, I can see why they are looking for some reviewers. I bought the Marvel Loki variant jacket for my son's birthday. Knowing that they did not have this option in kids sizes, we knew it was going to be too big. Which it still is. Past that, its a solid jacket, seems nicely made. There was no timing issues with the delivery. My son loves it still, it will be something he can wear for many years to come. We would absolutely buy another jacket from here if we so desired to.

This is the worst company to buy anything from. Save your money. Jacket I bought was to small, tried to get a larger size, told me they would ship to me and to just donate small one to charity, which I did. The jacket was never shipped kept giving me excuses about different things with the jacket. Kept telling me excuses until my 3 months were up and could not stop the visa payments. This place is a HUGH SCAM. DO NOT BUY.

Great item bought for a stag do. It was the cause of a lot of laughter over the weekend. Communication was clear, and product was affordable

⚠️ Worst purchase of my life – scam site!⚠️

I ordered a costume from marveljacket.com and it was the worst purchase ever. The parcel came from Pakistan and I even had to pay €13 customs. The item was made from low-quality scraps, nothing like the pictures online.

When I asked for a refund, support kept stalling and finally forced me to return it to the UK at my own expense (€36). After three months of disputes and a PayPal case, they only offered €20. In the end I got my money back, but lost about €50 in shipping.

This website is a scam. Stay away!

If I could rate Marvel Jackets a zero I would. My daughter found a jacket she liked so we followed the online measurements and purchased the jacket. The jacket that arrived did not match those measurements at all and is way too small. I tried to made contact with Marvel jackets who ignored my emails for awhile but eventually responded saying that if I paid for shipping, they would send me a new jacket in a different size and I could do whatever I liked with the original. However, after several emails back-and-forth they gave me absolutely no way of paying for shipping on its own without making a purchase of another item. I even got an extremely rude email from Jacob from customer service at one point that literally just said “Just make the payment”.
As I was getting nowhere, I requested a refund so they started ignoring my emails so now I am out of pocket $230 Australian for a jacket that can never be used.
Plus the website says it’s American but the jacket came from Pakistan with a customs price of “$20”.
This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever purchased from, DO NOT buy from them.

I am very satisfied with the Mortal Kombat Reptile Jacket. The quality is superb, it is exactly the model I wanted and the delivrey was fast! I recommend Marvel Jacket for the quality of their service!

A tremendous experience, very good quality, and a highly recommended product. I've told everyone how great it is. Very professional customer service.

‘Frank Castle Season 2 Jon Bernthal Punisher Vest’ was significantly different than described, and arrived damaged.
The listing states that it is a “tactical vest” and is “durable”, but the real vest is very thin and flimsy.
The design is heat transfer, not mentioned on website, and was already rubbing off in places upon arrival.
One of the connecting straps on the right side of the vest was not fully attached.
The packaging in no way protected the product, they used a standard poly mailer with a single sheet of tissue paper, which probably caused the flaws.

I placed the order on 05/27, and received it on 06/11.
The next couple days, I submitted help and return forms, sent messages to their website chat, and emailed multiple times.
Customer support was rude, gave me false information, essentially blamed me for the flaws, and completely ghosted after I asked more questions.

They responded on 06/16 with a 25% refund offer, only after I opened a case on PayPal. I declined and sent another message requesting the return.
I did not hear back again until 07/01 with the return for a full refund, conveniently just before the case automatically closed.

I ended up having to pay $30 to return the vest to the UK (even though it shipped from Pakistan), so I still spent money and have nothing to show for it.

After all this they deleted my account, including my order history, without notice or permission.

They only have flawless reviews because they filter out anything that may make the products look bad. I tried to write one and got a “pending approval” notice.
This website is a total scam, and I warn people not to buy this item, spend your hard earned money on something worth it.

I saw these Trist Pilot ratings after I made my purchase and was worried that I was scammed. I bought my son a Dr Pepper racing jacket for his birthday. Shipping did take a little longer than expected but when it arrived, my son was over the moon! Excellent quality and the fit was perfect! I recommend this company but do allow an extra week for delivery. The delivery delay may have been due to the Canada Post strike too and out of the company’s hands.

I ordered the Jin jacket from Tekken 8 and it fits perfect. Sizing was accurate from the website. The jacket felt very premium and high quality. I will definitely be ordering again!

I wanted to give 0 stars. Total scam I wish I would have done research before ordering from them. It was weird enough that they have 10k followers on IG but no comments. They don’t respond it’s been a week and still no email confirmation. SCAM!

I received jacket(Gothem/Barbara Kean) but to bad they sent me a man's! Took forever to get reply and also filed for a return on site. Wanted me to keep jacket and they would give me a new one at a substantial savings. (What am i going to do with a mans jacket!)Filed a complaint with PayPal. Had to mail back myself ($49.25) because they wouldn't pay for Shipping! I got my money refunded and PayPal gave me a voucher on my Shipping expense. To bad too because it was a great jacket. I sent pictures of the one that was sent and the measurements line up with the men's medium for this jacket. Jack Rep Ldt. Took my money, jacket shipped from Pakistan (had to email to see where it was at as well!) and I had to mail back to Great Britain! I also received wrong invoice! Had my info right but not jacket I ordered. If the jacket fit I would give five stars. Customer service I give 0 stars. Better hope your order fits!!!!

The jacket came super late it too small and it looks different than the picture. Poor quality as well. Just overall not worth the money

No directions on washing this jacket. It’s very itchy
