Great customer service
The mask I had originally ordered did not have the brooch in sick that came with it. They reached out personally and allowed me select an alternative brooch and still had the masks arrive in time.

they were terrific with my first order…
they were terrific with my first order but the navy blue they was described for the mask was more like baby blue didn’t look like the photo so I bought another set of couples make paid for it expedited shipping. The product was supposed to come in time for my event within 5-7 days but it’s been a week until it was shipped. Unreal

Great service, prompt shipping, beautiful masks
Very impressed by the prompt customer service (one of the masks I ordered wasn't in stock and someone reached out via text with options which made it easy to quickly resolve the issue) and the fast shipping - masks were shipped same day and arrived promptly. The masks are BEAUTIFUL - high quality and the care that goes into making them is obvious. We are very excited to wear them for new years!
