The inside package was torn and the labels pulled which indicates this was a return product. The packaging was very poor. I have yet to try the product.
Having spoken to Mike I have been explained that the product is New but the packing was opened. MIKE was very understanding and did put his position clearly.I am going to use the product and aprreciate him coming back to me.

Great no nonsense price and service!
Massive Discounts a company that clearly values customers and shows Integrity. I originally saw these Headphones Zihinic BTW on Amazon (I know a peculiar name for a set of Headphones) on the run up to Black Friday and placed them in my Amazon shopping basket overnigh, for while I shopped for several other amazon Items. When I came back to add other itemsAmazon had increased from £30.59 to £39.99 an increase of 40%!!! So I checked elsewhere and found the exact same Zihnic noise canceling headphones for less at £29.99 so actually a saving of £10.00! Plus they do cancel out quite a lot of noise we require for a plane trip. They are not a top of the headphone range but having compared to a pair of Sony WH-1000XM2 I think they will do a decent enough job to cancel most background airplane cabin noise out and allow listening to music or what ever. It's a Win Win Win from me. Well Done Massive Discounts. PS Amazon has now brought the price down to the original price with a label saying there's %40 off really?? still price above Massive Discounts. Again Well Done Massive Discounts thank you and Keep up the Good Work!!
