We are very sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with your moving experience. However, we would like to clarify that the pricing for this booking was not a fixed £300 quote, but an hourly service, which was explained and agreed in advance before the job began.
On the day of the move, the volume of items required significantly more time than originally expected, including additional work that was not initially mentioned, such as disassembling and reassembling an IKEA sliding wardrobe, as well as carrying items up to a fourth-floor property. These factors naturally increased the total duration of the move and therefore the final cost.
We also take any claims of damage extremely seriously. Our team always aims to handle belongings with care, and we would have welcomed the opportunity to address any concerns directly at the time. Unfortunately, we have not received any formal damage report or supporting evidence from you since the move was completed.
