Lock Stock Self Storage Avis

Excellent storage facility at a good price. The location felt very secure and every aspect was secure. All our items were safe, secure and no damp etc. The whole process is very simple and transparent. Ending our contract was very easy and the deposit and unused days refunded with no issues at all. We would definitely recommend Lockstock.

Lock Stock were very professional and the container was immaculate and easy to access with a good quality lock and easy-to-use yard gate.
Our deposit was refunded promply with no quibbles.

Used this company for a couple of years, no nonsense, solid air and watertight containers, easy contract setup and close down. All in all the easiest container company I have ever dealt with.

Brilliant company. I used the Ludlow location and it was so professionally run with very clear instructions and videos showing how to access the site. I 100% recommend.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Easy to use facility close to home.

Booked for 3-4 months for the busy student summer period.

Great service, Stored items for approximately 2 years with no problems at all from start to finish. The staff we spoke to were great, we were given clear instructions what to do etc. We would definitely use them again if we needed storage

The staff made this so easy with fast communication add were really helpful with things. I initially did not take out insurance cover but was able to quickly remedy this. The site is secure and covered by cctv but you never know.
I had no issues whatsoever. The container was located within a five minute drive and access is 24 hours.

Excellent location, easy to access good value and all round good experience

In a world full of companies just wanting your money Lock Stock Storage break the mold. Everything was absolutely faultless from first contact, support when changing unit, billing prompt and accurate, refunds timely. A pleasure to talk to on the phone when contacting customer services - I am moving out of area otherwise I would still be using them. If you need storage use Lock Stock you wont regret it.

Great customer service, Stephanie was amazing. Called about a month ago to enquire Stephanie advised she would call back nearer to the date we needed it. She called back on the date agreed, Explained everything throughly. They are very flexible advised to call if we wanted to downsize or wish to increase insurance value. Great freindly experience, would definitely recommend. I had called other storage businesses and Lock Stock were definitely the best customer service and easy to reserve, book and amend storage facility business that I came across.

Great company, really customer driven, helpful informative. Used them twice without a single issue, j will definitely recommend and use remote again. A true customer centric business, not like so many profit driven companies today.

Fabulous service Lee on site was great as the ladies on telephone ! Extremely easy service and il defo use again

Very friendly staff. I was able to get setup with the new unit very easily. I’ve had the unit in Shrewsbury for 9 months and have not had any issues. I’ve just handed it back now and it was a similar very friendly experience and one quick phone call. Would definitely use again.
