They need to think of using a courier…
They need to think of using a courier service they can trust. That way customers will get what they pay for picking up parcels yourself from drop off points when you have paid for delivery is not on. Then the courier comes up with silly excuses with that the incorrect mobile number was inputted. when giving you contact details is not even mandatory and they have delivery address details in full lazy couriers suppose it’s easy to drop all parcels at one point.
