I am a 76 year old psychologist. I have a Ph.D. with advanced training in statistics. I also studied philosophy of science at the Ph.D. level and thus have a good grasp of logic. However, as a child I was clearly dyscalculic. This caused a great deal of difficulty and puzzlement on everyone's part as I was growing up. I cannot sufficiently express my appreciation for Mr. Gibson's masterful teaching. His teaching is the key that has unlocked the door's of mathematics for me. I am very appreciative.

The videos are student-friendly, thorough, and, honestly, fun to use.

The series of lectures on AC Currents were excellent -

If you work the examples and do the extra problems you are a shoe in for success. I graduated high school in 1970 you youngsters should have fun

I'm 48 and I been with this site for awhile now and I like math it's a very great site.

I like the lectures, but the navigation of the page and the lack of immediate technical support are why I'm giving 3 stars.

This is brilliant I really find the teaching highly effective

Jason has a way of teaching which doesn't feel patronising, and builds confidence. His teaching is super effective and I think it's because he is genuinely trying to help.

He knows people are spending their hard-earned money to learn and it shows in how much effort he puts into his videos. He feels less like a tutor and more like a mentor or friend.

After watching enough videos, due to his experience as an engineer, you adopt a problem-solving mindset which can be applied anywhere. This was really valuable to me as I don't have any friends/family who are engineers.

After struggling with math, I thought that it was one of those things that you either get it or you don't. However, after finding this website, I realise that I was struggling because I had knowledge gaps. So, I started from Algebra 2 and progressed to Differential equations using this website plus a few textbooks!

Thank you so much for your work Jason. I don't think I'd be in university studying engineering if it weren't for your work :D

Update the older classes

I love how well-structured the courses are. I started with the free course on Differential Equations and Calculus, and as soon as it was over, I went straight ahead and purchased a 1-month subscription, regretting 0% of this decision. The way of explanation of every subject and the manner in which it's presented is just perfect. Wish you the best

Servers are too slow and disconnecting the session every 2 minutes afk makes the ux, which is already pretty 2000’s old style, very uncomfortable.
Its a shame because content and teacher are superb . The site needs a makeover.
This site is not very cheap nor should it be
I know you worked your ars for years to create this content, but i cant keep paying when using the site is so uncomfortable that if there’s an upload of the lesson on youtube ill rather watch it there.

It makes learning easy and understan able.

I find that the program is designed to allow me to advance at my own pace. It is well structured and provides good evaluation procedures.

I am an engineering student and studying math. Jason's lessons are amazing. in all subjects that he teaches he tells you why, our mind is setup to know the why in order to make a connection to the subject. I was wondering why during high school and previous college experience I didn't have a teacher like Jason. I just love the way he explain every topic in math and other subjects. I am not going anywhere else.
