Mats Stores = If it Matters, don’t buy,
Having bought quite an expensive floor mat for working from home and protecting new carpet, find the mat has split. Tried all methods of contacting including calling and trying each option which guide you without option to leave a voicemail, that’s ok but the secret would be to respond: they haven’t yet despite messages left. My recommendation is if it matters, don’t buy from Mats Stores,

Seems like a high quality mat
Seems like a high quality mat. Just what I needed for my thick carpet.
A word of caution: it’s coiled like a bomb in the box. Be careful it jumps flat VERY fast.

Good product.
Easy to navigate the site, order was delivered on time, the mat exactly as described.
Good product, relatively unobtrusive, protects the bedroom carpet from damage by wheels on office chair.

Four stars for now
Four stars for now, time will tell how good this mat is , but it does look promising and allows free movement of the chair. You certainly have to be careful when opening the mat,it springs out! Great price, swift delivery.

The clear Perspex shield came fairly quick…unfortunately there was a tiny chip in the top corner of the screen. I assume this was the delivery method.

Precisely what I was looking for!
The mat was thick and large enough to cover the entire area behind my desk. I can now roll from one end of the cabinets behind the desk to the other without having to reset my chair if I roll off of the mat. This is precisely what I needed. I do not have to force the chair to roll because the mat is too thin, allowing the wheels to sink into it. This mat is thick enough to prevent wheel sinkage.

Great product, well packaged and delivered in good time. I was afraid my office chair might skate around a bit on a hard mat, but the textured surface is perfect. I'm sitting on it as I type this ;-)

Need to take care when opening the polycarbonate matt which is rolled up. This matt is very supportive, does not give way with office chair moving arround on it. Spikes underneath could be longer as it tends to move a bit on a medium pile carpet.

The grippers are designed to a specific length to keep the mat in place without causing damage to carpets. If they are any longer, over the time there is the risk of damage to both your carpet and potentially your subfloor. Longer grippers also pose a health and safety risk when transporting, unpacking and moving the mat.
