Worst service ever witnessed
Worst service ever witnessed. Delivery not reached plus the delivery person don't answer the cal. When u cal the customer care they keep on chanting that they working on it, working on it.. Don't no what exactly they working on. Sometime I feel they are kept just to inform the customer that when we say we are working on it means to understand nothing can happen and you can cancel your order. Thanks for wasting time and efforts.

Ordered a Christmas gift to be delivered on December 23, 2024. Guess what? It’s still not here. Customer care keeps chanting their favorite line: "We are working on it." What are you working on, a time machine to deliver it next year?
At this rate, I might as well save it for Christmas 2025. Thanks for ruining the holidays and setting a new standard for disappointment. Cheers to next year’s excuses!

I placed my order last December 16, 2024 because I am expecting that I can give that to my colleague as a Christmas Gift but unfortunately, because of your delay I cannot give since our party was yesterday December 19, 2024.
My concern here is, at least try to contact me to inform you that you will not deliver my order since this is only a small amount of order. I am thinking about that, because I really feel bad because of your service.
Don't say that you work daily to make your shopping experience smooth and comfortable, because it's not.
I am really disappointed to your service.

Very bad experiences with Max online shopping.They not delivered order to me, They just sending 3 days message that they are unable to delivered my order and they canceled it!!!I called them every day , their customer service workers so rude , they said they can not do nothing as driver can not located my adress but driver never not contacted me!!!

Frustrating - Missing Delivery and Unjust fees
The order item was never delivered for about 10 days. They then canceled it and issued a refund, but they deducted what they referred to as a convenience fee.
I missed the convenience in this entire process.

Very bad service. Inspite of repeated follow ups on email and call center I am not getting my refund in my account. every time they say- they are working on it. I was a regular customer of MAX for last 16 years but now I will switch to other brands as they don't meet customer expectations.

Very Bad service, initially on the website it shows I will get my order on Monday 30th Oct, later the status change to in transit, when I tried to reach via what's app portal the agent starts explaining me what is Fodel (Delivery Company) I contacted the call centre the poor agent can't help me as he don't have any clue even can't give me EDD for the order, very Bad experience with Max Online.

I had ordered 2 pants and 1 shirt from Max Fashion, but I received only 1 pant. The application shows that it has been delivered. When I called customer care, they raised a ticket and said I would receive a reply via email in 2-3 working days. Today, I received an email stating that all items were packed in one bag from the warehouse. Now, I'm not sure what to do because the company hasn't actually delivered the products, and they are claiming that the delivery has been made, even though there was only 1 pant in the package.
I don't know what to do now, and I'm afraid that I might not receive the product or a refund.
