Lochan - Transferred my call to Shermila as Manager
Shermila - Sr Staff - Hung up on me after a 25 min hold time.
Simran - Doesn't have an option to speak to Sr. as she is working from home she hung up on me.
Heena - Finance Team - Vivek Nair - Ashed this Poor Finance girl to call me who has no clue about my complaint. Vivek cannot sum up his courage to be a Man enough to live upto his promise of a call back. Finally like all the staff - she hung on me
Aaron - Again the bag attitude staff who was first sleeping and took my call and calls opening was after over a min and never gives out his name and confirms that he was not sleeping. You should listen to this call to learn how to sleep and answer the on Job and lie to the client.
Shermila - seems to be over confident about things that she was talking about. The proof of it is that she went on record to confirm that all the people who I spoke to were all from the Lead Role. I have asked over 5 times to confirm the same and she did and she was aware of my complaint as she has read my complaint email. As usual like Max staff does - She went on swearing on her honesty and vouching on her words she went ahead to transfer my call to a Manager - She is gone.... gone...... gone.... going... gone... gone.... still going.... 10 min...on Hold. I am still on hold.... I believe you have taken me for granted as I am an Indian and this call is in Indan and She might have gone on her coffee break. She has forgotten to even know that she has put me on hold.
Finally she HUNG UP ON ME
Let's see how far this Rabbit Hole goes.
