great besides (sexist) customer service
The store is nice and has amazing products, but some of their customer service is rude / sexist. I say sexist, because my husband has never gotten the same attitude and issues as I have with the customer service - he gets excellent treatment, actually. I get a very dismissive reply that boils down to "sorry you can't read or see the image on our webpage" (an image of a closed case, so no i cannot see the issue with the color on the webpage!).
Of course this could be a different customer service agent, but hard to say when we can't see the name of the person handling our cases.
It's a shame, because otherwise my experience with the store has been excellent. Nothing has broken in shipping, everything is shipped fast and I can find what I want in the store. This just taints that experience.

Hyvä valikoima, mutta tuotetuen ja takuukäsittelyn kanssa haasteita.
Jos saman tuotteen saa muualta, suosittelen harkitsemaan kahdesti.
Yrityksen tekoälyvastauksesta poiketen, asiaa ei ratkaistu hyvityksen kautta, vikaa ei koettu korvattavaksi ja tuote palautettiin, vika säilyi ja tuote lähetettiin uudestaan takuuseen ja palautettiin jälleen. Eli sama paketti on nyt kuljetettu kolmesti, ilman lopputulosta.

Disappointing return experience
I bought computer parts for my son from Max Gaming, but unfortunately they weren’t compatible and didn’t fit. I wanted to return them since it was clearly a case of mismatched/incompatible products that couldn’t be used.
I returned the items, but I still ended up paying fees. The order details showed:
4-In-1 Gaming Bundle - €26.90
Shipping €7.90
Returns −€18.00
Total €16.80
So I got back less than I paid because of the return deduction/fee (looks like around €18 for the return process or shipping). This felt really unfair.
Their return policy states that the customer pays for return shipping (which is mentioned in the terms), but it still left a bad taste – ending up paying over €16 for something I couldn’t even use.
The return fees make ordering riskier if anything goes wrong.
I wouldn’t recommend buying here if you think you might need to return something – many other stores in Finland/EU offer free or much cheaper returns for customers.

Valikoima on loistava
Valikoima on loistava. Paketin sai alle viikossa joka on aika harvinaista monissa verkkokaupoissa. Olisi hienoa jos maxgaming tarjoaisi pikapalveluita postille. Jännittäviä ostoksia jotka olisi kiva saada nopeasti käsiin.

Great customer service
Good selection of ISO nordic layout key caps. Really fast delivery. I have made more than 10 orders and once one item was missing. Customer service was great and I got missing item without any hassle.
