Over 60s discount
The shop is clean and well presented. The staff are lovely and friendly. The only problem I, and my friends, have is that although it advertised 10% discount for over 60s, the machines default setting only takes the discount off the last item. We always tell the cashier before they start the transaction, but without fail I and my friends have had to get a refund. Unfortunately a lot of my friends are over 80 and unless I check their receipts, do not get a refund. As I've said this is the only problem,we love to shop there, but it's very frustrating

Easy to order, and responded via email straight away when a problem occurred with delivery! A few items were broken, and bleach stained in transit- which is probably more down to the delivery company!

No chuffing ice creams. All i wanted was a mouth watering, refreshment to really hit my quench for coldness and after exploring the narrow, towering isles of maxi deals there was not a single ice cream in sight. What bs!

Roses were completey dry, hoping they do come to life and take. Sweets seemed to old stock as close to sell by date.

It is not a true cheap offer, after you work out with the cost of delivery on a limited quanty of goods!
The product is cheap and delivery is also quick, most satisfied!
But delivery cost is not economical for small quanty. If one wants to order more, the system will automatically prevent you from further. Even when one intended to buy more at a later day, they cancelled your order and refund you, so you wasted your time waiting!
