After waiting over a month the harnesses we ordered finally arrived as they are assembled and shipped from China, not the USA like their website alludes to. The harnesses are pretty flimsy and not worth the price or the wait. They don’t work any better than other chest tab harnesses. WASTE of money and I have yet to receive a refund like they said due to the shipping delays.

Wonderful experience! Sarah and the Maximutt staff are true animal lovers. They really care about the animals and their customers' satisfaction. I ordered the no-pull harness for my Lab using the size chart. It turned out to be too big for her as she falls right between sizes. I e-mailed Sarah, and she responded almost immediately telling me that she was replacing the harness with the smaller size at no cost. I also love that they donate a portion of their profits to animal shelters. In a nutshell, great company and excellent customer service!

I can't remember the last time i experienced such AMAZING customer service !!
I ordered a personalized, no pull collar and leash from Maximutt...i was so excited to try it out on my dog Gloria...and SOOO disappointed to realize that I had measured wrong and it was too large for her.
I emailed the company and explained that it was totally my fault about the wrong size, and what could i do to see about returning it for a smaller size. I dreaded thinking what a hassle it was probably going to be...
I couldnt believe it when they responded immediately and told me " No Problem at all" it was an easy fix!
Not only were they sending me another collar in the smaller size ( personalized with her name) they were not charging me anything for it AND I could just keep the first collar that was too large ( totally my miscalculating).... It left me feeling that there really are still kind, caring, ethical, understanding people left in the world!!

The company was really understanding and responded quickly when we didn't receive our package. No discussion or questions we got a new leash and harness right away. It was really refreshing to get a quick response.

They reached out with personal service and they were quick to explain any shipping delays, I was ok waiting a little and happy to support a company that donates to shelters. My dog loves his duckys!

The Pet Nail Grinder took longer to arrive than expected. Even though the grinder was as advertised, my dog still bit me hard.

I never received the return instructions via (helloMaximutt). After a few days, I contacted Sarah Miller. Her response was slow but she apologized for the delay and offered an alternative for the return. I appreciated it but declined. The next day Sarah responded with the return info which was deposited into my account in 6 days.

The customer service was excellent but slow.
Corresponding with (helloMaximutt) is useless.

I got what I needed fast being in Alaska. I felt like they gave me exceptional service.

Shipping is a little slow, but customer service is 5 star. Ordered too small a harness and email on Friday night. Was shocked when I got a response Saturday morning! Problem solved! Only gave 4 stars due to shipping time, but again customer service is outstanding! Job well done.

My dog won't let anyone touch his feet, including the vet. Even when totally sedated, he screams. He is very strong! I began looking at toe nail grinders. I lucked up on Maximutt! I loved their mission and total love and dedication for pets...homeless pets! We developed a friendship over the internet. I normally don't interact on line. I only have my phone to communicate. I chatted with Sarah. Absolutely a delite! Give these guys a chance! I looked at all grinders on line. This small company won me over, simply because of their dedication and donations. They also spend much time at animal shelters and adoption events in Denver. I've sorta tried the tool. Big Dawg ( the pitty ) hid! My other dawg, JoeB, thought it was a toy! He wanted to eat it! The nail trimmer works well, and doesn't spook our dog as much as a standard clipper. They had great communtication and customer service.

I’ve been sending emails to get a refund on my Maxi Matt trimmer no response whatsoever no phone number to call yet. They say you can get a refund within 99 days of purchase lies lies lies !!!!!

run fast.

Took 6 weeks for it to arrive, it is cheaply made in China and arrived with plastic nail guide broken(cheap thin plastic). I don't believe the B.S story about being a mom and pop by them selves running this business! These are dropped shipped from China at very best

I ordered on the August 10th. It's the 30th and the one product I ordered still shows "in transit". I've never even heard of a product taking this long to deliver in the 2020's. It might be a good product if it ever arrives.

I liked the way the company gave a history of it's establishment . It made me feel comfortable and that the Maximutt filer was what I needed. When my order was delayed, I contacted Maximutt and immediately received an update on the shipping of my order.
I received my order the next day in good condition, and followup concern by shipper.
The trimmer works well and easy to use.

I waited for my purchase a bit longer than I would expect normally, but when I I emailed Maximutt about it they responded back right away. They were very considerate and understanding of my frustration of not receiving my purchase in a timely manner. The shipping was partly to blame. Because of their concern and kindness in handling my order I would buy again from them. My recommendation is a yes! By the the way… my purchase was the nail grinder for my pooch. I used it on my pooch. It works well, and pretty quiet. I’m slowly introducing it to my pooch. 1st session went well. Thanks again Maximutt
