Surprisingly good - I did not expect a London agent to be so helpful & efficient. The team was very helpful and flexible throughout the onboarding process when we moved in, and ever since very, very responsive to emails / calls when issues arise. Esmyra in particular is very considerate and follows up even outside of business hours with email / call when needed. The only small point of improvement is that the replacement blinds they ordered for us (in itself a great point) took 1.5 months to arrive & get installed, and are not great quality product.

Highly recommend Maxwell Properties to anyone who needs a Managing Agent to run their affairs. They have taken the stress out of owning a rental property and we have been thoroughly looked after by the management staff (especially Clarissa) who have managed our property for the past six years.
