MAYLIPS has excellent communication, something many companies lack. Also, it was easy to place my order and I received the correct product. For some reason my shipment got stuck in customs, and MAYLIPS was very helpful. I would definitely work with them again!

We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations, however, we checked on our end and we could not find your account with us so I am not sure where the imputation of a big scam is coming from. We provide the tracking numbers as soon as it is shipped. Please note that our products are being imported from different countries with the use of local couriers, which is why the information might not be readily available until the package reaches USA.
That is not to say that our company's process is flawless as it is susceptible to human errors as well. We do apologize if we made any errors with your transaction with us. Our team works very hard to make sure we deliver a great service and will make note of your experience so we can improve in the future.
