The response via online chat was helpful and practical. Looking forward to receiving my replacement goods tomorrow. Only suggestion for improvement would be to include an address label/returns instructions with original parcel.

Quick delivery and happy with my purchase, shoe lace broke whilst trying on but I just decided to glue it rather than get a replacement but no complaints about the product otherwise
