Ordered a pair of toggi boots for my wife size 39 of the nett . Turned out they were out if stock. They called me a chap ,called Tom very helpful. He offered to post out a pair of 39s to try out . They promptly arrived but were as we thought too big. Tom arranged return postage and has now sourced some in the desired size and have been dispatched to me. His communication and follow up calls were very reassuring. I hope his company value his high standards. Ill deal with them again no worries

Absolutely fantastic, above and beyond my expectation. I expected item to take a little longer due to the distance however it arrived quicker than an item ordered locally. Cannot fault the product or service, I would highly recommend them.
