During the Covid-19 pandemic we've introduced a number of changes to our business. We've endeavoured to keep most of our branches open, but some have had to close, apologies if this has caused an inconvenience. In every open branch we have reduced staff numbers to ensure social distancing is adhered too, we have also closed public areas like waiting rooms. We're encouraging customers to book and pay online to reduce the amount of personal contact required in-branch. We are also prioritising emergency and essential service vehicles. With this in place turn around times might be affected, we might be slower to answer phone calls or deal with drive ins. These are difficult times for all of us and the team at McConechys are trying to hard to provide a service, we appreciate your understanding and patients when required. Disappointed
Tyres weren't in stock when I called in at booked time slot despite ordering and paying for them in advance. No phone call to tell me of this beforehand.

Don't turn up 20 minutes before they…
Don't turn up 20 minutes before they close to get your tire changed, I mean it's supposed to be 'while you wait' not "come back tomorrow, we are closing soon", they were not even busy. I went to Kwik Fit against my better judgment, got there just 10 minutes before they were to close and not a problem, they changed it there and then. I guess they have won me back.
Edit: Nice try with the reply, but Kwik Fit were busy, 4 people in, you had staff standing around, waiting to go home.

Hello Lee, we're sorry to read your review. You can hopefully appreciate that it isn't always possible to deal with every drive-in right away, our branches can get very busy at times and while you might have thought they weren't busy we can assure you they were. It's good you were able to get your tyre fixed at a much quieter garage though.
Booked car in for 10.15
Booked car in for 10.15, work started an hour later.
Changed front tyres, should have been rear tyres, another delay.
Staff under pressure, not enough of them to cope with workload, mistakes being made.
Seemed to be a great deal of confusion, bookings mixed up, paperwork lost, tempers frayed !!

Online order failed to deliver
Ordered tyres online during the week to be fitted on the Saturday morning at my local McConechys to turn up and the tyres i ordered aren't there. Disappointing and will not use the online order service again. Guys in branch really apologetic and will call me when they speak to head office and get tyres in to fit hopefully next Saturday. 1 star is for the online order system as it did not deliver.

Absolutely excellent service today
Absolutely excellent service today. Had a disaster with my tyre today and they were polite, courteous, efficient and ensured that I paid the smallest possible to get the repair done in quick time. Thanks to Jack and Matt - highly recommend.

Excellent service
I have been dealing with this company for roughly 30 years and would go nowhere else, the staff in the Paisley branch are polite, cheery and always happy to help. You never feel as if you've been overcharged. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are incredibly quick to get through the busy workshop and you never feel like you're waiting for hours. Can't fault them. 5 stars🎉🎉
