Always missing items
Ordered 3 times and every time they forgot an item that I have paid for. Complete and utterly useless. You have few items to consider, just place them in the bag and deliver it. Total shambles. You then have to call Uber eats and go through 15 mins of questions to then be told ‘refund may be processed in 15 days’ if it isn’t come an check back with us here. Like I have the time to …. Oh you know what… it’s just a really poor delivery service. Really poor.

Order came without the burger I ordered never got a refund or a replacement will not be using again food quality gone down as well fries where freezing cold and where undercooked very poor.
Items never received
Placed an order with MC delivery for breakfast that never arrived. Upon trying to contact MC delivery the site just informs you to contact Uber. No answer with Uber but have since been sent a photo of the order placed on my wall outside the house. How is this an acceptable service. There is zero way of escalating the issue with Uber or MC Donald's.

Absolute joke! More than half my order missing, after phoning explaining, asked to be sent the food, told I’ll be refunded within 15 days, check email so been refunded £5.99 so effectively paid £10.68 for 2 plain hamburger and a chips , if I want the rest I’ve to reorder and pay another delivery! Won’t be using again

I would give 0 stars. Never used McDonald's app for a delivery before but my so called meal deal of 2 burgers and 2 fries was missing a quarter pounder with cheese and Uber eats won't redelivwr or give me a refund, they don't care about the quality of the food you get: The fries are cold and they have charged me £2 for the pleasure and only refunded £3 for the burger. Now if I want a full meal I have to drive there myself and pay full price for my quarter pounder. Never again will I use this app! McDonald's you are a huge franchise and should ensure that your delivery suppliers look after your customers. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

DO NOT USE!! If McDonalds miss items from your order then Uber Eats who deliver it will refuse to refund you. McDonalds will also refuse to refund you as they state it is Uber Eats that process the payment! Two crooked companies who both refuse to take any responsibility! Absolute joke!

Absolutely avoid Mcdelivery unless you like throwing money away. Spent over £45 and we received drinks and no food.! Spoke to Ubereats who said they'd refund in 10-15 days and 25 days later I've been told mcdonalds have to refund. Emailed McDonald's who say Ubereats refund!! I've wasted hours trying to get £38 back. Never again! Absolutely fuming and still getting nowhere.

Multiple times I have been missing part…
Multiple times I have been missing part of my order, and been refunded £3 for almost £8 items, putting me out of pocket. Tonight I ordered a £36 order. Half the order was missing but l “was not eligible for a refund” after ending the phone call I checked the T&Cs stating refunds are issued if there are missing items or an incomplete order. I called again and I was told I wasn’t eligible for a refund as it’s McDonald’s and Uber eats policy. I asked what this policy is and I was told I am not at liberty to be told. But I am at liberty to be charged £36 for 3 drinks (one was incorrect and I am allergic to) and some cold fries. Never ordering through Uber eats again, or McDonald’s. SCAM

Awful, just awful, used 3 times in hope that the next time would be better than the last but never the case, missed a main meal on all orders, customer services do not care and are extremely unhelpful, it may well just be the branch of Bury St Edmunds that can’t pack an order correctly or just plainly disorganised, avoid using mc delivery at all costs, could be considered a scam with the bumped up prices on food and the delivery cost, cheaper to use your own fuel and find a drive through

Yet again I order from the app for delivery. Nothing turns up. I get a text saying it's delivered. I used my McDonald's points this time. I lost the point and was refunded the delivery charge. Previously when it didn't turn up at a cost of £23 Uber blamed McDonalds and McDonalds blamed Uber. So tired of this legal loophole. It's theft by both companies and they simply could not give a damn.

If I could give less than one star I would. They kept us waiting for over half an hour. The orders was expected to get here at latest at 11:52 only to show up at 12:08. I ordered a McDouble with extra pickles only to receive no pickles on it. They didn’t give me any mayo sauce packets that I ordered 3 of. You would think they would actually read the orders they’re customers give them. The driver on the other hand was very good, he was fast with the delivery and was apologetic when delivering which I appreciated.
Awful attitude
Awful attitude from the customer service assistant. When I told him that a berry muffin and two fruit bags were not delivered as well as the wrong drink arrived for one of the meals and I was told because the fruit bags didn’t show up on the system I could not get a refund. I was also told I should have mentioned the drink before as he had already processed a refund for the muffin and couldn’t do it again. I understand there are limitations on what staff can do but I felt like the sales assistant was being a bit of a bully and not very helpful.
Avoid isn’t a strong enough word
Every single time I use this app there is an issue. The last two times it’s missing food. How do you send everything for a meal apart from the main part of it. And then send everything for another meal apart from the drink?
And contacting them??? Don’t bother, virtual assistant can’t help, eventually gives up and tells you anything you type isn’t enough characters, you ring the store, they won’t help, ring Uber ? It’s not their problem and you have no order number with them, you can eventually ring through to someone (after a google search) and speak to someone who can barely speak English who has a vile attitude and speaks to you like you are the problem and a liar because why would a multi billion pound company not send food… right ? Then says there is nothing he can do and puts down the phone.
Honestly never known anything like it in my life. Will never use Uber or mcdelivery again, I’ll stick with BK on Deliveroo their customer service is top notch
