I will definitely NOT be buying any silly Maccas this Christmas after their disrespectful stupidity referring to Christmas as the silly season.
To most people it is much more than that!!!!!

Minto 9pm Incomplete orders at drive through tonight, happens a lot and they never answer their phones, and never refunded for any of the missing orders. They only want our money but service and how they make the food is just a job to them, there’s no care in handling orders and you can tell by the way they wrap and present their half wrapped scrambled up burgers.

Well i went to Pakenham Mcdonald's on the highway Saturday afternoon and had an altercation with a snooty faced girl where you pay who told me "not to come back" I didn't realise Mcdonald's had a new moto ..... best you retrain this obnoxious little girl.

McDonalds Taylors Lakes Victoria must be getting so desperate that they cut the cheese in half now to make two burgers instead of one. So sad that they don't care about quality and rather go quantity.

Just watching the advertisement for the new Steakhouse Stack Burger and there appears to be a fly in the mayonnaise. Please confirm

McDonald's Noarlunga on Sunday night 21st July at 18:50...terribly slow lots and lots of people waiting...one half man half women thing behind the counter running around like a headless chook doing nothing...waiting over 25 minutes so far for a simple 6 nuggets. Going up to get a refund.

Two nights ago, My Family & I decided to eat in at The Pakenham McDonalds Restaurant, as we’d not been there for a long while, We ordered our meal & when asked was eat in or take away, we said We’d be eating in thank you, she gave us our table number & said it won’t be long. But… 21 minutes later, my Hubby went to the counter & asked if Our meal was ready as it’s been over 20 minutes wait, our meal had been sitting on the counter for a few minutes but it would seem like the UBER meals were getting the Royal Treatment preferences before the Eat in customers , we were Order 135, what the heck’s going on with the Order service at All Maccas now a day’s?… it’s gone to the crapper actually. Restaurant customers be wary, You Will experience Cold in house meals & Cold in house service too.

. Their service staff are so consistently poor and can’t get orders right. The one in town is good. Avoid the service centre at Coffs Harbour

Drive through... I ordered Extra Meat Patty and Extra Cheese... Got home...
NO EXTRA PATTY...
NO EXTRA CHEESE...
AGAIN... HAPPENS EVERY TIME... STOP GOING TO MACCAS ROCKDALE!!!
Why can Maccas Rockdale Plaza, Bexley and other Maccas get it right....

I ordered a $2.00 burger plus extra beef pattie, asked for 1 slice cheese and worker refused to add it to my order. Asked for cappuccino she said the machine isn’t functioning you’ll have to have an iced coffee then more drama we can’t accept cards eftpos isn’t working now I’m really thinking she was not telling me the truth (this has happened quite a lot to me) I am fed up with the McDonalds staff. There are some that are decent and act like a human and are helpful.
If you go to Hungry Jacks you can have any add on you like to a burger not like stupid McDonalds.

I contacted customer service about not getting points in th ap. After a merry go round of providing bank proof etc they point out that you max out at 30,000 pts. They supplied the section of the overwhelming t&c's that state this, that we know most people don't read. The scummy bit is that there is no advice in the point history stating this is why no points given. To me that is an intentional more to scum people out of points

One star is too generous. I went to Malaga McDonalds ordered a bottle of water $4.90 rip off….And the icing on the cake was when I got the water it was warm. I asked why it was warm was told oh we don’t have a fridge. Seriously…… damn disgusting over priced and warm water

Purchased 2 hash browns both were soggy and not hot. First time this has happened to me so disappointed

I realise the staff are very young and with fast food you can't expect a high standard of customer service, but really .. the items you get don't even vaguely resemble the ads on TV or the photos on their display boards and websites. The burgers are shrinking and are soggy with little filling. My sundae arrived with slushy icecrean half filling the cup, with sauce running down the outside of the cup. The kitchen staff were giggling and I watched with horror as a young woman in the kitchen scratched her head and face and then picked up chips with her bare hands and put them on the heap just lifted from the cooking oil.
The girl behind the counter had limited knowledge of their menu and products. I felt sorry for her as she was doing her best, just did not their products.
I will say the tables and floor were clean and the bins had been emptied, but that did not improve on the "used to be crispy" chicken burger. No thanks .. never again.

MacDonald's at Logan Central need's to up their game.
I won't go there again The Manager needs to be replaced . The food is below average. McFlurry Orio are only half full which is disgusting. Burger's are not nice. Unless MacDonald's up their game with their worker's they will lose customers. Get a new Manager that actually does the job.

Did not receive my chicken big mac burger ordered for delivery and had ti watch everyone else eat their meals.

I lodge a complaint and only received $10 instead of the $16.05 i paid for the burger. Appalling service!

Cooked the coffee so hot it burnt me tongue, this is after charging me for a large when I ordered a medium (served by the manager), the store was full of flies, the tables not wiped down, the staff either tending to only drive through or online orders, patrons waiting long periods only to be ignored by staff continuously whilst either tend to other orders or chat amongst themselves. when it gets quite they do not bother to scout the store and clean up, one staff member even took their break then returned to the front counter without even so much as a lookover the stores appearance - This is extremely poor performance for a Fast Food Conglomerate. I think Ray Crok would roll over in his grave if he saw how this restaurant's only focus is now soley "financial" instead of patronage to its clients.
