Avoid: products extremely poor and not as described. Will not accept returns. Am having to refer in to my local Trading Standards. This is one of many subsidiaries set up by the sibling Directors covering the lucrative self-care market. I would suggest reviewing the Companies House records for Health and Care Ltd, and the Directors' eye-watering remuneration, but also reviewing the diversity of websites set up in various areas of apparent 'expertise' in the provision of care products.

For clarity, when you contacted us, we explained how the item you purchased is designed to operate and confirmed that it was operating as intended. We also explained that, due to the nature of the product, it is subject to specific returns restrictions once opened and used. These restrictions are clearly displayed before purchase and must be acknowledged during the checkout process. As the item was not faulty and had been opened and used, we were unfortunately unable to authorise a return
We appreciate that the item did not meet your expectations. Nevertheless, we do not accept that it was misdescribed, nor that our decision to decline the return was unreasonable. Our decision was based on the fact that the item had been opened and used, together with the returns terms accepted when the order was placed.

Be very wary of purchasing from this…
Be very wary of purchasing from this company. I bought an armchair bed and only opened the box, realised the chair was too stiff for my elderly mother and they would not accept a return. You cannot feel a product by looking online, so very expensive mistake. The Management of this company were very unhelpful. Once again, be very wary of a purchase.

We carefully reviewed your request after you contacted us to explain that the chair was not suitable because you found it too firm for your needs.
Unfortunately, this product is sold as a Restricted Returns Product, hence why we request the applicable returns conditions are acknowledged by the customer during the checkout process.
As the chair had been removed from its packaging to assess its suitability and was not faulty or misdescribed, we were unable to authorise a return in accordance with those conditions.

Quick and easy aid when I needed it.
Easy to use website, quickly found an "even-up" over shoe to match a surgical boot. Fast delivery. The 5.5-9 over shoe was very easy to fit over a size 6 regular shoe, no bother to use. Looks robust.

Makes having a shower possible when wearing a plaster cast…
My neighbour had to wear a plaster cast on her hand and wanted to be able to shower. So we ordered this for her. It was quick for delivery at a good price. It was a hit and enabled her to shower again. Great 👍
